Rest of the day at your leisure to explore your surroundings and partake in the activities. Overnight and Breakfast at the luxurious Commodore Waterfront Hotel.

Day 2: Cape Town – Table Moutain – Cape Point. At 08:00 am after breakfast, you'll be picked by your guide. Embark on a scenic drive through Sea Point, the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay to Hout Bay where an optional trip to Seal Island can be arranged. The spectacular Chapman’s Peak drive is breathtaking and will lead you to Cape Point – The Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, undoubtedly one of the Cape’s biggest attractions.

Situated at the most southern point of the Cape Peninsula, and flanked by the cold Atlantic ocean on the west and the warm Indian ocean on the east, it is noted for its abundant floral diversity.
The reserve has a spectacular coastline, with Cape Point boasting the highest sea cliffs in South Africa. A funicular takes visitors up to the highest vantage point – or you may decide to walk. A visit to a penguin colony at Boulders and lunch at the Fish Hoek Galley Restaurant is optional.

You then proceed to Simons Town, the Constantia wine valley and the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Table Mountain has become over the centuries one of South Africa’s best known landmarks. The famous flat top is approximately 3 km wide and its highest point 1 086m above sea level. The summit can be reached by a cable car with a revolving floor for panoramic views. Overnight and Breakfast at the luxurious Commodore Waterfront Hotel.

Day 3: Cape Town – Spier Wine Estate, Stellenbosch. Experience a drive through Paarl – meaning "pearl", was named after a massive granite rock that glows like a pearl in the sunlight. Stop at Nelson’s Creek for a cellar tour with wine tasting. Paarl is renowned for its exquisite, world class red wines because of the granite content in the soil. At Franschhoek we taste cheese and wine at a vineyard, visit the Franschhoek village and the Hugenot Memorial.

A lunch stop at Franschhoek is optional. This "French corner" was so named after the French Hugenots who settled here in 1680. Our next stop is the historical town of Stellenbosch via the Helshoogte mountain pass. A tour of Stellenbosch, free time to walk and an informal wine tasting in the area awaits you. Check-in at the 4 Star Village Hotel at Spier Wine Estate for Dinner, overnight and breakfast.

Day 4: Stellenbosch – Oudshoorn. After breakfast, set out to explore the Garden Route. At Swellendam, visit the Old Drosdy, built in 1747, representing Cape Dutch architecture. At Mossel Bay visit the Post Office Tree museum complex. Passing ships left post at this tree for more than 500 years for homebound European ships. Cross the majestic Outeniqua mountain range to Oudshoorn. Check-in at the 4 Star Oudshoorn Hotel and Resort for overnight. Dinner included.

Day 5: Oudshoorn - Knysna. First stop. The magnificent Cango Caves. Explore the dens accompanied by a specialist guide. Next is a visit to an ostrich farm where you can participate in ostrich riding.
Lunch on the farm. Afternoon visit to the Cango Wildlife Ranch where you can view crocodiles, lions, cheetahs, pumas and jaguars. Cross the Outeniqua mountains towards George and on to Knysna where we overnight. Overnight at the 4 star Knysna Logg Inn for the next two nights. Dinner included.

Day 6: Knysna. Today you take the ferry to the Featherbed Nature Reserve across the Knysna Lagoon. You are then taken to the top of a mountain for breathtaking views and walk a historic trail down the mountain to be in time for lunch. Afternoon visit to the Knysna Waterfront and other shopping ventures. Return to our hotel for an overnight. A second night at the 4 star Knysna Logg Inn. Dinner included.

Day 7: Knysna - Addo. Explore the rest of the Garden Route towards Port Elizabeth. Many other antelopes are also to be seen. Overnight near the Park at the 5 Star Woodall Country House, member of the exclusive: "Good Cooks and their Country Houses". Dinner, Bed and Breakfast.
