This trip is offered for groups that like sailing, boating and contact with nature. A beautiful paradise, full of unexplored islands, pristine waters and white beaches, surrounded by tropical vegetation. We offer different options of tours:
- If you are an expert sailor you can charter a yacht without skipper for your friends or family. (See Note Below).
- If you have no experience in sailing, we organize tours in the yacht you choose with an experienced skipper who will take you visiting the best places according to what you prefer doing (diving, trekking, visit the best beaches, restaurants).
- You may prefer a power boat instead of a sailing boat. We also have this option combining daily tours in a motor boat and staying overnight in typical "pousadas" in different islands.
Note: For Bareboat Charters Brazilian Authorities Require that the Capitan has a Certification from a Recognized Sailing School.
Your Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive at the marina and embark. You can buy all your provisions for the trip at the shopping that belongs to the marina. You also have many restaurants and boutiques, etc. After check inn procedures you leave the marina to visit the nearby islands and sleep in Gipoia Island. You can dine in "Canto das Canoas" restaurant, in gipoia, with excellent seafood.
Day 2: Sailing around Gipoia Island, with a stop in "Praia do Dentista" (dentist's beach) with palm trees, white sand and transparent waters. In the afternoon you can go sailing towards Ilha Grande and arriving in the afternoon to Palmas Beach. You can dine at the hotel over the beach.
Day 3: Wake up early for trekking (optional). A 20' walk up to Praia de López Mendez. One of the most beautiful beaches of Ilha Grande that overlooks the ocean. At midday you can return to the yacht and go sailing up to Abrãao. the most important villa of Ilha Grande. There you have many options of restaurants, pousadas and some stores.
Day 4: You can sail up to "blue lagoon" a beautiful area, ideal for snorkeling, with the typical "barco bar",from which you can order drinks or snacks while you enjoy the view.
Day 5: An option for sailing up to Paraty. the colonial Portuguese town, very well preserved, with excellent restaurants and many "pousadas". You arrive at the end of the day. Another option is to carry on visiting the many beaches in Ilha Grande, where you can find small fishermen villas, or paradise beaches for trekking or snorkeling. You can take as many days as you wish to visit this paradise, you can visit a different island per day. Enjoy sailing, diving, trekking, and visiting many small fisherman villas, with their friendly people, who will always welcome you.
