This tour starts with a visit to two of the most typical places of Santiago, where you’ll see and learn a bit more of its idiosyncrasy and lifestyle: The Central and Fruit and Vegetable Market.
Places that are unique and a must to see and where also your senses will appreciate what makes Chilean Cuisine so special. After this colorful and lively visit we’ll head towards the east of Santiago, to the Vitacura district, where our Chef will be expecting us in a fully equipped and perfect place to learn and practice some of the secret recipes that makes Chilean food an exquisite alternative at any time and any occasion. After a brief introduction to the traditional recipes we’ll be able to get into action and prepare for ourselves one of the most traditional dishes which later on we’ll be able to savor together with a nice glass of Chilean wine.
