Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival to Zagreb airport, accommodating in Tomislavov dom hotel in the park of nature Medvednica which is 20 minutes driving from center of Zagreb. After welcome party we will go to town and as first topic of our shopping we will choose Croatian fashion. Our guide will introduce us to some famous Croatian designers shops. We will walk through the center of town, drink coffee at Cvijetni, known as "peak" ant then go to night sightseeing of Croatian capital town.
Day 2: First part of this town we will dedicate to art. We will visit museum of naive art and few eminent galleries where curator will show us things in Croatian art that are exceptional. After free lunch time and buying some painting and graphic we will continue together to getting known with Croatia. This time we will go through town guided by costumed guider. We will have dinner in one of renowned restaurants where we will taste Croatian cuisine and vines so we can be prepared for day next.
Day 3: After breakfast we will go back to town and dedicate this day to Croatian wines and delicacy. We will visit two leading vineyards where experts will show us extraordinary vines. After that our guide will take us to little small shops where you can find small gastronomic fortune, like truffles, roasted almonds, gingerbread, biska aphrodisiac grape made by recipe 3 000 years old then healing teas made by mixture of grass which grew on clean hills, kulen delicious dry meet specialty of Slavonija, dry figs, olive oil and much more. To take a break from city crowd we0ll go back to our hotel at the top of Medvednica and in the afternoon walk through beautiful forest. Before dinner we"ll take a rest in our hotels wellness.
Day 4: Last day we will visit Antiques fair on Britanski Square. Every Sunday morning many lovers of books, philatelist, numismatic, jewelry, old armor, national wearing, furniture etc. Expose of buy such things. After that we'll go to oldest and romantic market in Zagreb, Dolac. We'll take a look what fruits and vegetables, fish and meet are offered. We"ll taste cheese and cream made by old seller ladies, because who doesn't taste that cannot feel real spirit of Zagreb. We will say goodbye with domestic lunch in one restaurant at the market and go to airport.
