These trips offer intensive alpine climbing on the Aiguilles and peaks of the Mt. Blanc range. Clients should be able to climb rock at an intermediate level and have some experience on ice. Trips can be planned for 3 or more days. A typical 5 day trip is described. Our goal is to summit some of the most spectacular peaks and climbs in the area. Routes will be selected according to clients' abilities and wishes. For climbers who want to experience alpine climbing at its finest, this can be the trip of a lifetime. Tour described is for a typical 5 day trip. Any number of days can be scheduled.
Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Meet in Chamonix the day before and spend the night in town. On the first day we take the cable car to the Aiguille du Midi. Climb the Gabarrou route (mixed rock and ice climb) on the Triangle of Mt Blanc du Tacul. Night in Cosmiques hut.
Day 2: Climb Rebuffat route (rock climb) on the S Face of the Midi. Night in Cosmiques hut.
Day 3: Climb the classic Gervasutti Pillar (long rock climb) to the summit of Mt Blanc du Tacul. Night in Cosmiques hut.
Day 4: Cross Vallee Blanche to Torino hut. Night in hut.
Day 5: Climb N Face of Tour Ronde (ice climb) to the peak's summit. Night in Torino hut.
