Costa Rica's diverse landscapes make this a perfect stop for an adventure lover. This tour including rafting on class II and III rapids, a day of adventure around the Arenal Volcano with your choice of excursions, and a 2-day dive excursion on the northern Pacific Coast.
Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Miami/ San Jose. Flight to San Jose, Costa Rica. Upon arrival in San Jose, transfer to your hotel. Overnight at Sleep Inn.
Day 2: We start this adventure with the Rapids on the Reventazon River (Class III). This is the most popular white water rafting in the country and will take you, from the first moment, on a unique experience on the waters of the Reventazon River. The adventure begins with a series of rapids that will maintain you stay alert to what is ahead.
Day 3: San Jose/ Arenal. Transfer by to the Arenal Volcano, the second most active volcano in the world. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, see from up close the activities of the great colossus, its constant emissions of gases, vapors of water, and explosions of fireworks. Follow this with a fabulous and healthful bath in the hot springs. This tour leaves around 4:00 pm from the different hotels in the region. Dinner at the Tabacon resort included. Overnight at the Montana de Fuego Hotel.
Day 4: Your second rafting adventure is on the Rapids on the Sarapiqui River. Class II and III, La Virgen - Chilamate section. An exquisite day, more than 20 rapids while surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the tropical rain forest. Sarapiqui is a dream for white water rafting: natural waters, risky rapids, and crystalline pools. Enjoy the natural splendor and abundance of wildlife.
Day 5: Your second day in Arenal is your choice. Choose from one of the tours below, already included in the program pricing:
- Bicycle ride;
- Canopy in the Arenal area;
- Venado Caverns;
- Arenal Hanging Bridges;
- Fishing on the Arenal Lake;
- Caņo Negro Wetland;
- Arenal Volcano and the hot springs;

Day 6: Arenal/ Ocotal. After breakfast, private transfer to local airport to take a local flight from San Jose to Liberia, upon arrival to Liberia, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at Ocotal Resort hotel.
Days 7-9: Dive package with 2 days diving. Includes local dives (2 tanks), boat, guide, beverages and snack on board.
Day 10: Liberia/ Miami. After breakfast, private transfer to Liberia airport for your international flight back home.
