Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Kathmandu - Pokhara - Tirkhedunga. Morning flight to Pokhara, meet with trekking crew. After short preparation drive to Naudanda (treks start point). From Naudanda the trail climbs to Khare just above the Yamdi Khola Valley. The trail then drops down to Lumle at 1585 meters. Trail continue to Chandrakot at 1550 meters. From Chandrakot the trail drops steeply to the large village Birethanti crossing Modi Khola. To the north is Bhurungdi khola from where the trail climbs to Hile and then Tirkedungha. Overnight: Camping.
Day 2: Tirkedungha - Gorepani. From Tirkedungha the trail climbs very steeply to the large Magar village, Ulleri. Ascending continue to Bahunthanti and then to Nayathangi en route exploring fine forests of oak and rhododendron. The trail limbs relatively gradually to Ghorepani. Overnight: Camping.
Day 3: Ghorepani - Tatopani. The trail descend steeply to Ghara. Then cross the suspension bridge. After crossing the bridge, the trail leads you to north to Tatopani (hot water spring). Overnight: Camping.
Day 4: Tatopani - Kalopani. The trail follows the Kali Gandaki valley "The world’s deepest gorge". The valley is made by the departing of two 8000 meters mountaintops - Annapurna and Dhaulagiri. The trail climbs gradually up to Rukse. The valley is made by the departing of two 8000 meters mountain tops, Annapurna (1) and Dhaulagiri. The trail climbs gradually up to Rukse Chhara. After crossing the narrow section of the gorge you have to cross the river through suspension bridge and the trail then goes up to Thakali village. From here the trail steep climbs through forest up to Lete village with the superb view of Dhaulagiri via Lete Khola and then to Kalopani. Overnight: Camping.
Day 5: Kalopani - Jomsom. The trail goes through the bank of Kaligandaki river crossing Lamjure. The trail continues to Tuche another Thakali village (2590M.). then the trail takes you to Jomsom via Marpha village. Overnight: Camping.
Day 6: Jomsom - Jharkot. The trail climb continues climb upto to Jharkot via Kagbeni. Overnight: Camping.
Day 7: Jharkot - Muktinath - Jomsom. After a short walk about one hour from Jharkot you will reach Muktinath. Muktinath is a famous pilgrimage center for Buddhist and Hindus. After walking around the Muktinath the trail descend to Jomsom. Overnight: Camping.
