Mt Wellington and Huon Valley Food and Wine. Pick up from cruise ship gates or hotel. Depart for Mt Wellington (1270 m) for stunning views over southern Tasmania (weather dependent). Then continue through the Huon Valley for a day of exploring fine food and wine. First stop is Brookfield Vineyard for a wine tasting. Continue to Grandvewe Sheep Cheesery to discover how their cheeses are made. Lunch will be at a fine restaurant in the Woodbridge area. In the afternoon an orchard visit is planned depending on the season. Continue via Cygnet to Huonville and complete the afternoon with a tasting at Home Hill Winery.
