Your Itinerary:

Day 1: USA / Europe – Lima Peru. Peru Bergsport’s representing will be waiting for the passengers in the International Airport Lima Peru, Holding a placard with the name of the Tour Leader and Peru Bergsport, then passengers will aboard the private mini bus to be transferred to the Maria Angola Hotel, to the Lima’s modern district of Miraflores, from the airport is around 20 kilometers and it takes 30 minutes. Then in the Hotel passengers will be welcomed with Peruvian typical drink Pisco Sour. All time the Peru Bergsport tour leader will be in personal assistance till passengers will go to for the overnight at Hotel

Day 2: Lima – Cusco – City Tours. After breakfast in the Hotel in Lima, passengers will be transferred to the Airport in Lima, around 7am, to take the morning flight to Cusco, then after one hour flight we will arrive to Cusco around 11am, then the group will be transferred to the selected hotel for the accommodation then, the group will have lunch and in the afternoon they will start the city tour visiting Cusco around.

Cusco is located in the Andean area in the south side of Peru at 11,151 feet (3,399 masl.). The distances are from Lima 1,165 km( by Nazca), from Arequipa 625 km, from Puno 389 km; the population is 291,000 inhabitants. The origins of Cusco got lost in the night of times. Toward the XII century, Manco Cápac and his sister-wife Mama Ocllo emerged from the waters of the Titicaca Lake, semi Gods daughter and son of Inti (the god Sun), with the mission of the foundation of a new Kingdom that would improve the conditions of life of the towns. Day 3: Cusco – Sacred Valley - Cusco. After the breakfast in the Hotel in Cusco we will aboard the bus around 8am and immediately leave Cusco in the east side, passing for Sacsayhuaman ruins, Pucapucara ruins Tambomachay ruins and finally arriving to the Sacred valley of the Incas. Called this way to the end of the extensive valley of Urubamba, near Cusco where the agricultural cattlemen and beautiful towns were concentrated since Inca times. The valley is characterized to have very special conditions, as an excellent climate, very fertile lands and the waters of the sacred river of the Inca, the Vilcanota (in Quechua language: sacred or wonderful thing) that, in the town of Urubamba, changes name to Urubamba River.

"Valle Sagrado" is embraced between the towns of Písac and Ollantaytambo, it has wonderful landscapes where its inhabitants, native of the Quechua ethnic, conserve many customs and ancestral rites. It is the area where you can appreciate and magnify the high technological development that the Inca reached in the agriculture through "andenería" systems (platform systems that are a group of earth patches arranged in steps on the hills to be used in the sow). These systems are still today in full production, with sophisticated designs and hydraulic engineering works that they used for watering. Also outstanding adoration centers to the Pachamama (mother earth).

Each town in the "Valle Sagrado de los Incas” today has the coalition of the Inca and Spanish architectural style. The people's wealth in folklore and crafts, their way of life, the clothing, transform it into a place that will leave in you unforgettable memories. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 4: Cusco – KM 82 – Huayllabamba (9km and 4 hours hiking). Early in the morning at 6am the bus will pick the passengers up from their hotel, in a tourist Bus and then travel to the site of Km 88 (piscacucho) passing through the sacred valley of the Incas and the cities of Urubamba and Ollanataytambo. Optional Breakfast at Urubamba. In the Km 88 piscaccucho starts the trekking passing by the hanging bridge over the Urubamba river, after one our trekking passengers will have lunch in Miskay view of the Llactapata Inca’s city, after we will pass the Cusichaca river Urubamba’s river affluent, after 3 hours hiking we’ll get the Huayllabamba where we will camp at 3000m – 9840ft. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 5: Huayllabamba - Pacaymayu (11km and 7:30 hours).After the breakfast in the camp we will leave early in the morning 7am approx. Passengers will start hiking up to the Warmiwañuska (dead woman) pass 4200 m – 13.776ft. After the pass we will descent to Pacaymayu for to camp. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 6: Pacaymayu – Wiñayhuayna (13km. 8hours aprox.). Early in the morning after our typical breakfast we will start hiking, to Runkurakay. A beautiful view is the first that the passengers will enjoy after to wake up, it will persuade to continue our enjoyable trekking to Machupicchu, this day passengers will walk the original Inka trail getting us to the beautiful forest, from here we will appreciate Mountains, if luck passengers will see Panda bear and Puma, the sacred watchman’s from this sanctuary. We will know the Archaeological group of Sayacmarca, Conchamarca, Puyupatamarca, until to get Wiñayhuayna our last camp at 2650m 8692ft. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 7: Wiñayhuayna – Machupicchu – Aguas Calients - Cusco (6km and 2 hours approx). This day the guide will wake us up very early at 4am aprox, then after breakfast to start our last day of trekking, waking up very early is for to get Intipunku in the sunrise time, so from here we can Appreciate how the sun reflects the entire Machupicchu Ruins the guide will explain that it was sacred hour to worship the sun each day in the sunrise. To get Machupicchu passengers will walk fro only 2 hours to arrive to Machupicchu. We will visit the Inca Empire city with a help of the guide during the morning, then after it the bus will take the passengers to the Aguas Calients (hot springs) after Lunch in this Village we will Aboard the Train to Cusco, arriving approx at 7 – 8 pm. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 8: Cusco - Puno. After the breakfast in the morning, the group will be aboard the private bus to drive to Puno, along the journey, the passengers will enjoy the highland landscape herd of llamas and alpacas, Peru Bergsport always take the bus and not the train,m ‘cuase while in the bus passengers will stop anywhere at the nice points they like to take pictures and to have other facilities, but traveling with the train you can do this. Arrive to Puno in the early afternoon and transfer to the selected hotel dinner and overnight in Puno. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 9: Puno – Sillustani City Tours. After the breakfast in the hotel in Puno the group will start the city tour in the morning, Puno and its 91,900 inhabitants is the capital of the department of Puno. It was founded with the name of "Villa Rica de San Carlos de Puno" in 1668, Lake port beside the Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world. It have landscapes of indescribable beauty, it has been the origin and cradle of big pre-Hispanic civilizations as Tiahuanaco, Collas and Aymaras, and of the mythical legend of Manco Cápac and Mama Ocllo who emerged of its waters and went to Cusco to found the capital of the Inca Empire.

Very near the city you will find interesting archaeological remains of, Pucará, or old cities of Spanish foundation as Chucuito, Juli and Pomata that harbor jewels of the architecture and colonial art, expressed in their temples and churches that flourished as product of the fortune of the silver mines of this region and the Spanish conquest of the Paraguay and of the Mojos. Puno has been denominated the "Capital folklórica del Perú" (folkloric capital of Peru) by the wealth of its artistic and cultural expressions.

In the afternoon we will drive to the north side of Puno for about 15 kilometers, then take the short way to Umayo in the west side and arrive to the Cylindrical shape of inka’s funerals, the Chullpas called are located in the national reserve of Umayo in the middle of the lake Umayo, then after to visit this wonderful and amazing Chullpas we will return to Puno, dinner and overnight hotel in Puno. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 10: Puno – Uros – Amantani. After the breakfast in the Hotel in Puno, the bus will pick the passengers up to take to the harbor, then we will aboard the motored boat and start sailing to the Uros floating Islands, after to sail 15 minutes we will arrive to the native floating islands of Uros, after to visit for about 20 minutes we will continue sailing to the Amantani island. We will arrive to the Ocosuyo community around 3pm, for the lunch we have to take snacks from Puno, in the harbor the native community families will be waiting for us to take us to their houses for lodging, each family is ruled in the tourism lodging services association, so each family has to take a pair of tourists.

After to accommodate in the family lodging houses the passengers will have dinner traditional and typical from this island prepared by the families Quinua Soup, and Andean meant tee, then after the dinner passengers will be invited to the community’s local house for the welcome party with local folk music, where the local people will be playing Flutes, guitar, and drums; this small party finishes around 9pm and then go back each tourist to their lodging houses and overnight in Amantani Island almost in the middle of the highest lake of Titicaca – Puno. Day 11: Amantani – Taquile - Puno. After the traditional breakfast in the island of Amantani, the families who provided us the lodging will take us to the harbour to say us good bye, then the group will aboard the boat and sail for about 2 hours to get the another island of Taquile, the arriving time will be approximately around 11am then we will go-up to the village of this Island walking for around 1 hour rock stair path, then immediately will have lunch in the basic restaurant of the island, here we will appreciate the traditional vestments of the Taquile citizens, and we will visit the handcrafts local, with its nettings, here we will see men knitting around the streets, then after to enjoy the beauty of this island we will continue sailing direct to Puno for about 4 hours arriving to Puno around 5pm, transfer to the hotel dinner and overnight. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 12: Puno - Arequipa. Early breakfast in the morning in the hotel, then passengers will be transferred to the bus station and aboard the Bus and drive to Arequipa for about 5 hours, during the Journey we will pass by the National reserve pf Aguada Blanca behind of the Misti and Chachani volcanoes, a immense flat area of Peruvian highland natural habitat of the Vicuñas a south American camelids, then we will toward the Chachani and Misti volcanoes to arrive Arequipa. We will arrive early afternoon around 4pm transfer in the selected hotel dinner and overnight in Arequipa. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 13: Arequipa City Tours. After the breakfast in the hotel at the appropriate hour begin your city tour visiting the main square considered the most picturesque of America, The Cathedral; the first religious monument of the XVII Century, it is a building of rock with gothic pictures of brick. La Compañia Church one of the most antique church of the city building in 1650. The monastery of Santa Catalina built in 1580 it is 29, 426m2 and was open after 400 years in 1970. The San Francisco maddens by rock with "sillar" and brick, in 1664. The city tour its about 3 hours includes transfer and bilingual speaking guide. in the afternoon we're going to visit Yanahuara and Cayma districts, visit of the Convent cloisters appreciating the small roads, roomsand other places, finally come back to the hotel and free afternoon, dinner and overnight hotel in Arequipa. Day 14: Arequipa – Callalli – Tuti – Chivay. After the breakfast in the Hotel in Arequipa around 7am the group will aboard the Bus, taking the paved high way in the north side of Arequipa passing through the two more important volcanoes of Arequipa, El Misti and the Chachani, then the group will arrive to the National Reserve of Pampa Cañahuas where we can observe in their natural habitat to this beautiful south American camelids called Vicunas, after the group will continue to Patahuasi and make stop to drink mate de coca or coca tea to stop the natural clod of this zone, continue the largest route and we will make the entrance to the Colca Canyon through the narrow small crevasse called the Window for the Colca Canyon, visiting the castles of Callalli, and its beautiful colonial church, we will continue visiting the villages of Sibayo, Tuti, Canocota, finally arriving to Chivay approximately at 4pm at the hostel accommodation then the group will be taken to the hot springs of the Calera, where the group can enjoy the hot springs at 37ºC, come back to Chivay dinner and overnight hotel at Chivay. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 15: Chivay – Coporaque – Ichupampa – Maca – Mirador Cruz del Condor – Cabanaconde. After the breakfast in the Hotel of Chivay we will continue visiting and making tours in the Colca Canyon through the right side. Along this way we will visit the Colonial villages of Coporaque, Ichupampa from here the group will start hiking hiking for about 6 hours (box lunch provided by Peru Bergsport) to the next village of Maca, then we will continue with the Bus to Cabanaconde, but after to arrive to Cabanaconde we will visit the Mirador del Cruz del Condor, where we can appreciate the flying of the Condors and the deep of the Colca Canyon , dinner and overnight at hostel in Cabanaconde. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 16: Cabanaconde – Chivay – Patapampa – Chucura – Tojra – Arequipa. In the morning We will have breakfast in the hostel and then start City Tours in Cabanaconde, then we will come back visiting other villages in the left side of the Colca Canyon until Chivay, here in Chivay we will have lunch and then we will take the short way to Arequipa visiting the Villages of Patapampa, Tojra and arrive to Arequipa around 7pm, then transfer to the hostel, dinner and overnight in Arequipa. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 17: Arequipa - Nazca. Early in the morning after the breakfast in the Hotel we will leave Arequipa around 8am, then after to drive for about 8 hours we will arrive Nazca transfer to the hotel for the accommodation dinner and overnight hotel in Nazca. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 18: Nazca City Tours – over flight Nazca Lines – ICA. Nazca Population 19,661 inhabitants. After the breakfast in the morning in the Hotel we will start our city tours around Nazca visiting its following described places:
- Paredones (walls). Archaeological Inca center located at 2 km east of Nazca. The buildings of the Main Square, fortresses, ceremonial center.
- Cahuachi. Archaeological center of the Nazca culture, main cultural urban center, built with great urban sense. The citadel is built in adobe, ceremonial pyramids. Attached to this town were also discovered (1980) a group of lines traced on the floor in form of trapezes and serpentines that embrace 1 square km. It is located at 27 km of Nazca.
- Chauchilla. Pre-Inca cemetery, in which the profanation of tombs by the huaqueros, have left open some tombs in which you can appreciate the old inhabitants' remains. It is located at 28 km (17.4 miles) to the South of Nazca.
- Estaquería. Archaeological complex of the Nazca culture, solar observatory, on platforms made of adobes and columns of "huarangos" trunks (variety of tree).
- Aqueducts of Nazca. Archaeological remains of the Nazca culture, it shows the high development reached in hydraulic engineering, complex of underground aqueducts and reservoirs.
- Sacaco (not definited to visit). Located at 100 km (62 miles) to the S of Nazca, it is a rich location of fossil remains, especially of whales and primitive sharks of the Tertiary Era, small paleontological museum. To arrive to this area, you should take the Pan-American South Highway until kilometer 539 and take a detour of 1.5 km to the museum site.

Nazca Lines. After to visit this interesting places after the lunch the group will be transferred to the airport to take the Jets to over flight the Nazca Lines; Unique place in the world, full with mystery and mysticism, wonderful traces of immense figures and lines of spectacular perfection. Diverse scientific theories have been placed on these lines. Some theories only explain its possible construction associated to extraterrestrial beings, the great constructions of observatories of astronomical cycles, well known as the Nazca Lines, were used by the farmers to know and control the meteorological agrarian cycles, aside from their possible religious significance (Maria Reiche’s theory). Day 19: City Tours – Oasis of Huacachina – ICA.Then after the breakfast in the Hotel, the group will start the city tours; ICA with its 267,540 inhabitants is located in the central coast of Peru at 406 masl (1,332 feet). Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 20: Ica - Lima. After the breakfast in ICA hotel the group will be transferred to the bus station ate proper time, and start driving along the north side highway for about 325 kilometres from Ica to Lima, then once arrived to lima the group will be transferred to the selected Hotel in Miraflores district modern area of Lima. Overnight hotel Lima. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 21: City Tours – Gold Museum. After the breakfast in the hotel in Miraflores Lima the group will aboard the bus to start the city tours visiting the Main Square, Government Palace, City Hall of Lima, Cathedral (the tomb of Francisco Pizarro, conqueror of Peru is located here); Temple of San Francisco where we will be able to visit cloisters, catacombs, and religious museum, we make a tour by the main streets where Colonial Mansions are located. We continue the visit by the most romantic and traditional district of XVIII century: the Rimac that lodged one of the most beautiful love histories of Lima. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 22: Lima Peru – USA / Europe. Morning breakfast at proper time according to the international flight departure time, passengers will be aboard the bus to the International Airport of Lima Peru. Important, passengers will be 3 hours before to depart according to the International Airport rules settled in the International Airport of Lima Peru, flight Back to USA / Europe. End our services and good Journey.
