Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be greeted at the airport by our representative by an offering of a "Flower Garland", and transferred to your hotel. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 2: Breakfast at the hotel.
AM: Half-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, the "City of Glory". Visit Durbar square, Kasthamandap, Kumari Ghar, home to the world's only Living Goddess, Kal Bhairab and Taleju Temple. Later visit Swoyambhunath Stupa, said to be one of the oldest Buddhist Stupas in the world, which is majestically set high on a hill overlooking Kathmandu Valley. It is nicknamed the monkey temple after the tribe of monkeys that looks after the hill and often amuses the visitors.
PM: Half-day sightseeing tour of Patan, the "City of Fine Arts". Visit Durbar Square, Golden Gate, Krishna Temple, Hiranya Varna Mahavihar - Golden Temple of Lord Buddha and one thousand Maha Buddha Temple. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 3: Breakfast at the hotel.
AM: Half day sightseeing tour of the medieval city of Bhaktapur, also known as the "City of Devotees". Meander down narrow lanes past centuries old brick and traditional carved windowed homes and temples. The tour will begin with a visit to Durbar Square, The Golden Gate, Palace of 55 Windows, Lion's Gate, The Nyatpola Temple, the tallest of its kind in Nepal, Bhairab Temple, the Pottery Centre and Dattratraya Temple.
Afterwards drive to Dhulikhel, a lovely hillside town with glorious views of the Himalayas. The drive takes you through beautiful landscaped villages, terraced rice fields. Overnight at hotel in Dhulikhel.
Day 4: Breakfast at the hotel.
Drive to Pokhara and check-in at hotel. Pokhara, is one of the most picturesque spots of Nepal. The beauty of the valley is enhanced by its lovely lakes Phewa, Begnas and Rupa, which have their source in the glacial region of the Himalayas. For mountain viewers Pokhara offers magnificent views of Himalchuli, Machhapuchhre, 5 peaks of Annapurna and others. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara.
Day 5: Breakfast at the hotel.
AM: Half-day excursion tour to Sarangkot to commence a short hike, which lets the trekkers enjoy an eye feast of the Annapurna range to the north and overlook Phewa Tal (Lake) and the valley of Pokhara to the south and east.
PM: Half-day sightseeing tour of Pokhara valley includes Bindyabashini temple, Seti gorge, the Bazaar, Devin's fall, Tibetan handicraft center including 1-hour boating on Phewa Lake. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara.
Day 6: Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure transfer to airport in Pokhara for flight to Kathmandu. Meet upon arrival in Kathmandu, receive and transfer to hotel.
PM: Half-day sightseeing of Pashupatinath, a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. This massive temple complex sits alongside the banks of the holy Bagmati River. Only Hindus are allowed to enter the courtyard of the temple, whereas tourists can see the temple from the eastern side of the Bagmati River. Afterwards visit Boudhanath, a Buddhist Stupa said to be one of the largest in the world. This massive structure stands tall with four pairs of eyes each facing the four cardinal directions, watching for righteous behavior of mankind and for human prosperity. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 7: Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure transfer to international airport for flight to onward destination.
