Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: In order to be in our saddles by 09:00, we depart from Quito early in the morning to arrive at a local hacienda. There our horses will be ready to be ridden through the valley of Cayambe, where we will discover beautiful mountains and the fields of the Andes in which the locals grow their products. The first day's ride is intended to let us get used to our horses and lasts for just 2 hours. The afternoon is spent enjoying the beautiful countryside. We stay at a fine Hacienda.
Day 2: We depart on our horses in the morning and head towards the local town of Tupigachi which lies in the Cayambe valley. We ride along the old train tracks and until we reach some of the private haciendas with their cultivations and rose plantations; one of which we will visit. We find a delightful place to rest and relax while we enjoy the gorgeous views of the Andean mountains. After this 4 hour ride we return to the Hacienda and then drive back to Quito.
