Come enjoy the peace and the beauty of nature in Vargem Grande. The route begins at 8 a.m. at meeting point at the Alvorada Bus Terminal in Barra da Tijuca (second entrance after Detran). Depart at 8:20 a.m., heading to Vargem Grande. Arrival at the starting point for biking is around 9:00 a.m. Before the trail begins, a guide introduces members of the group, leads a special stretching session, (T-shirts and individual kits containing snacks and other items will be distributed). After initial procedures, the ride begins through beautiful trails until arrive at a waterfall, where stop for 30/40 min. for a swim and a snack. On the way back, the group takes an alternative route to the starting point, where have a stretching/relaxing session. If you want to have lunch, we suggest the Vargem Grande Gastronomic Center, near the horse breeding farm, which offers many different options.
