Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu. Arrival in Kathmandu. Assistance upon arrival and transfer to the Hotel. Welcome Reception. Evening Introduction of the Spiritual Tour.
Day 2: Kathmandu. Morning: Introduction of meditation and Spirituality, Relaxation and Visualization. Day sightseeing in Kathmandu. Massage/Hote spring bath. Evening: Stress Management Program with live music.
Day 3: Kathmandu - Nagarkot. Morning: Concentration techniques. Day: sightseeing in Patan and Bhaktapur. Continue drive to Nagarkot. Relaxation and Sunset meditation. Evening : Indian classic music Live.
Day 4: Nagarkot. Morning: concentration and sunrise meditation on a mountain-top. Hatha Yoga in the open air. Overlooking Himalayas. Day: drive to airport, flight to Pokhara. Evening; talks, dialogues and Q and Q on meditation, Spirituality and positive living.
Day 5: Pokhara. Morning: Drive to the Hill-top of Sarangkot for Sunrise view over the Himalayan Mountains, Nature-Meditation and breakfast at the same spot. Day: Sight-seeing in the Pokhara. Evening: Inspirational, creative reading/writing, sharing thoughts and insights.
Day 6: Pokhara - Lumbini. Morning: Self-Meditation. Day: Drive to Lumbini(6-7 hours), a drive from the mountains to the plains of Nepal. Evening: Talk Programme on the Buddha and Lumbinini.
Day 7: Lumbini. Morning: Meditation at the Birthplace of the Buddha. Day: Visit to the Monasteries built by Sri-Lanka, India, Japan, Thailand, Burma and other nations. Drive to Siddhartha Airport and flight to Kathmandu. Evening : Meditative Music Live.
Day 8: Kathmandu. Morning: Silent-Meditation. Day: Free for shopping. Evening: Farewell program. (optional tour: One hour mountain flight to see Mt. Everest and Himalayan peaks in the morning. Visit an ancient cave and other places of interest.
Day 9: Final Departure. Airport transfer for final departure.
