Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival to Lima. Arrive to the Lima airport and transfer to your Hotel. Includes(B).

Day 2: Lima city tour. Visit of Colonial part of Lima, churches, important buildings and the Gold Museum. Rest of the day at leisure to explore the modern part of Lima by your own, your hotel will be located near all main areas of interest. Includes(B).

Day 3: Visit to Palomino Islands and swimming with sea lions. Transfer from Lima to Callao port. Boat trip to see birds, pelicans, penguins, and the opportunity to share the water with the friendly sea lions.Transfer back to your hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Includes:(B),(S).

Day 4: Lima – Nazca. Morning at leisure in Lima. In the afternoon transfer from your Hotel to bus station, 6 hour Bus ride to Nazca, upon arrival transfer to your hotel. Includes:(B).

Day 5: Flight above Nazca Lines. During the morning flight above the Nazca Lines, Afternoon first class bus to Arequipa city, upon arrival transfer to your hotel. Includes:(B).

Day 6: Arequipa City. Morning at leisure, During the afternoon Arequipa city tour including the Santa Catalina convent, the San Fransisco church and a drive by la campina. Includes:(B),(L).

Day 7: Colca Canyon tour. This morning we will go by a dirt road to the north of Arequipa around the Volcano Chachani and then arrive at the Pampa Canahuas reserve where you will see wild vicunas, alpacas, llamas, and Andean birds. We will pass by Patapampa a wonderful viewpoint of the Volcanoes and snow covered mountains. Continuing the trip we arrive at Chivay. During the afternoon you can take a bath in the thermal springs and pools of La Calera. overnight at Chivay. Includes:(B),(D).

Day 8: Colca Canyon Tour. Very early this morning we will drive for about 3 hours to the Colca canyon. Here awaits you an amazing view to the depth of the canyon. With a great probability you will see the flight of the Condor. walk a short trail along the edge of the Canyon and enjoy the wonderful landscape. Afternoon return to Chivay. Includes:(B).

Day 9: Chivay - Puno and Sillustani ruins. After breakfast we will go off road from Chivay to our next destination the Lake Titicaca. landscape of changing altitudes, from the desert to the high Andes mountains. before getting to Puno we will stop at Sillustani, (huge stone Inkan towers). Arrival in Puno and check in at your Hotel. Includes:(B),(D).

Day 10: Lake Titicaca floating Islands. This day you will take a motor boat adventure on the Lake Titicacaca enjoying wonderful lake views and visiting the typical islands of the world¨s highest navigable lake. In the afternoon you return to your hotel in Puno. Includes:(B),(L).

Day 11: Lake Titicaca - Cusco. Our adventure today is to go to the capital of the Inka empire visiting along the way some archaeological sites such as Racchi, Saint Paul church ( the Sistine chapel of the Andes). Late afternoon arrival to Cusco city and transfer to your hotel. Includes:(B),(L).

Day 11: Cusco city tour. Morning at leisure and in the afternoon city tour of the city visiting the Koricancha (Temple of the Sun), Sacsayhuaman , main Cathedral of the city and Cusco Inkan streets. At night good bye dinner with special show. Includes:(B),(D).

Day 12: Sacred Valley of the Inkas. Full day archeological and cultural tour around the sacred Valley of the Inkas, Places to be visited: Chincheros village, Ollantayrtambo town and ruins, and Pisaq native market. over night at the sacred Valley. Includes:(B),(L).

Days 13 - 14 Volunteer experience. During these two days we will go to a community around the sacred mountain valley where we are going to make a social project for people in really need, our project for 2008 is to go to Uratari community where last year we had a Christmas activity, here the community is conformed for about 300 people 200 of them are children, they have a school in really bad conditions, no bathroom, no water faucet, no windows, their desks are old and in very bad conditions, we will see what can we do with your help in order to give a better atmosphere for them.

We will stay 2 days and 2 nights in the village, sleeping in tents, we will provide all the necessary equipment. The money we will use to do the project is the profit we have from this tour and also part of our profit from other sales, any other contribution will be very much appreciated. After doing this great experience for the children of this community you will feel renew and ready to take new energies in Machu Picchu the next morning. Includes:(B),(L),(D).

Day 15: Transfer back to the sacred valley and train to Aguas Calientes.During the morning transfer to the sacred valley and train to Aguas Calientes, (Machu Picchu town) over night in Aguas Calientes. Includes:(B).

Day 16: Machu Picchu visit. Early morning transfer from Aguas calientes to Machu Picchu ruins, Wayna Picchu Mountain climbing optional, Guided tour around Machu Picchu ruins. In the Afternoon 3.5 hour train back to Cusco, and Transfer from Poroy station to your hotel in Cusco. good bye dinner and party. Includes:(B).

Day 17: Flight Cusco – Lima – your destination. Transfer from your hotel to Cusco airport, flight Cusco – Lima and connection with your international flight. (If required we will provide you with an extra night in Lima and transfers in and out for an additional of $50 p/p). Includes:(B).
