Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Nairobi – Tsavo West National Park. After breakfast, depart Nairobi for Tsavo West National Park which lies roughly halfway between Nairobi and the Coast. The chief marvel here is the Mzima Springs is a favorite haunt of hippos and crocodile an observation platform and an underwater glass tank. Arrive in time for lunch at a lodge located within the boundaries of the Park. An early evening game drive to see large herds of Elephants, Buffalo, Common Waterbuck, Eland, Gerenuk, Masai Giraffe, Black Rhino and Antelopes. Bird life is also in abundance at this park of great diversity in habitat and terrain. Dinner and overnight stay at Kilanguni Serena Lodge. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 2: Tsavo West – Amboseli National Park. After breakfast drive to Amboseli National Park to arrive in time for lunch. This is a home to Africa’s highest mountain – some call it the rooftop of Africa. It is also the region where pastoral Masai and their cattle have lived in harmony with wild creatures for many a century. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 3: Amboseli – Mt. Kenya. An early morning game drive followed breakfast at the lodge and then depart for Nairobi. Thereafter proceed north towards Mt Kenya for the unique experience of all night and unlimited game viewing. Lunch will be at the base hotel while dinner and overnight will be at a tree lodge surrounded by forest and overlooking an illuminated waterhole and salt lick. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 4: Mt. Kenya - Nakuru. After breakfast drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. Lake Nakuru National Park, which has a fantastic array of bird life. Seasonally up to a million flamingos reside along the lake shore giving the lake a pink hue. After lunch proceed for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight stay at a lodge over looking the lake Lake Nakuru National Park. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 5: Nakuru – Maasai Mara. Depart Lake Nakuru in the morning and drive further along the floor of the Rift Valley to Maasai Mara Game Reserve in time for lunch. After lunch relax and have an afternoon game drive. Return to an archetypal Mara lodge/tented camp for sundowners, dinner and overnight stay at Mara Sopa lodge. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 6: Maasai Mara. Full day in Maasai Mara, Kenya's most popular game sanctuary where you will have the best opportunity of spotting the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant). Wherever you go in the Mara you will see a frequent amount of wildlife such as Masai giraffe, baboons, warthogs, bat eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyena, topis, impala, hartebeests, wildebeest. Zebras and hippos also exist in great numbers. It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal, or surveying the plains for their next meal. Cheetahs and leopards are harder to spot but are still reasonably common. An optional visit to a local Maasai village. All meals and overnight stay at Mara Sopa Lodge. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 7: Maasai Mara – Nairobi. After breakfast, return to Nairobi with a game drive en route to arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon. Includes: (B).
