We have created a 18 days itinerary in Israel. We know that most people have less time to spend traveling Israel therefore It is very important to understand, that you can choose out of this itinerary your favorite part, taking in to consideration your time and interest in Israel.

Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival Day. Pickup from the airport, transportation to the apartment in Jerusalem. After getting settled at the apartment you will go out for a ramparts tour- climbing to the top of Jerusalem’s walls, watching through the snipers cracks, you'll feel like the protectors of the city felt, hundred of years ago - "Jerusalem by night"- tour at Nahlaot neighborhood, view over the Knesset parliament, Nahalat shiva, and Jaffa Street. Over night: Jerusalem.

Day 2: Old Jerusalem, Mount of Olives, City of David, 4 Quarters tour.
- 09:00- We will start our morning with a beautiful view from Mount of Olives over the old city.
- 09:30- A tour to the City of David. Starting with a View over the Biblical Jerusalem that will take viewers 3,800 years back in history to the days of Abraham. The journey quickly heads underground to some of the newest archaeological excavations at the site. The underground tour finally ends at the Gihon Spring, where we'll take our flashlights out and wade through the spring in King Hezekiah's 2,700 year old water tunnel, one of the wonders of early engineering.
- 12:30- Lunch in Arabic restaurant.
- 13:30- 4 quarters tour through the old city- enjoying the colorful variety of religions and this unique city.
- 17:00- For ending - time elevator - Multi Sensory Experience Combining film, motion platforms, and special effects, this journey brings Jerusalem’s most dramatic moments to unforgettable life through an original screenplay written in conjunction with leading historians and archaeologists.
- 18:00 Back at the hotel.

Day 3: New Jerusalem.
- 09:00- Yad Vashem the holocaust museum. Yad Vashem has been entrusted with documenting the history of the Jewish people during the Holocaust period, preserving the memory and story of each of the six million victims, and imparting the legacy of the Holocaust for generations to come through its archives, library, school, museums and recognition of the Righteous Among the Nations.
- 12:00- To get the right energy for midday, we'll taste a special fresh fruit shake.
- 13:00- Hadassah hospital to see Chagall's windows at the synagogue.
- 14:00- Lunch in an Arabic restaurant in Ein Kerem. Supreme Court of Israel
- 15:30- Supreme Court of Israel.
- 16:00- Visit to the Israeli parliament - The Knesset. On this day we'll also drive through the ultra orthodox neighborhoods of Jerusalem to understand their unique way of living.

Day 4: Jerusalem Old and New.
- 09:00- We'll start by visiting Yad Vashem the holocaust museum.
- 12:00- To get the right energy for midday we'll taste a special fresh fruit shake.
- 12:30- Visit at the Supreme Court the menorah garden and the Knesset.
- 14:00- Lunch in Armenian restaurant or one of other restaurants of Jerusalem.
- 15:00- We'll enter the old city through the Jaffa gate and from there we'll walk through the Arab market to the church of the holy sepulcher. From there we'll walk to the Jewish quarter, the Roman Cardo and the kotel- the wailing wall.

Day 5: Dead Sea and Judean Desert.
- 09:30- Our way to the desert we'll stop for a magnificent view over the Saint George monastery at the wadi Qelt. The kids can enjoy getting there on the back of a donkey.
- 11:30- Stop at the Ein Gedi reserve, this beautiful oasis is a source of living for many animals, flora and humans. If the weather permits, we can get into the cool water (you can choose the length of the hike 1hour -3 hours).
- 13:30- Lunch in a kibbutz style restaurant at the Dead Sea beach.
- 14:30- Ein Gedi Spa- The highest concentration of salt of any water in the world, allows the famous 'float' whilst reading the newspaper. A remarkable sensation, unequal to any! Even non-swimmers can enjoy the sea! Thermo-mineral Sulphur water and of course the famous therapeutic black mud is available freely at the spa.
- 18:00- Over night in a desert tent.

Day 6: Dead Sea and Judean Desert.

- 18:00- Over night in a desert tent.

Day 7: Judean Desert and Negev.
- 10:00- We'll ascent to the top of the ancient site Masada using the cable car. This tour reveals the heroic story of the Jews who revolted against the Roman Empire Dead Sea. Another Option: 03:00 AM wakeup and then hiking the snake path 1 hour length to the top of Masada to view a spectacular sunrise. Read more... about this tour.
- 12:30- Lunch.
- 13:30- Ein Gedi Spa- The highest concentration of salt of any water in the world, allows the famous 'float' whilst reading the newspaper. A remarkable sensation, unequal to any! Even non-swimmers can enjoy the sea! Thermo-mineral Sulphur water and of course the famous therapeutic black mud is available freely at the spa.
Driving to Mamshit Bedouin tent where we'll ride a camel and enjoy Bedouin hospitality and lunch. (* needs to be coordinated).
- 16:00- A 3 hours 4X4 off-road ride in to the most beautiful spots of the Judean desert.

Day 8: Low Land.
- 10:00- Visit Beit Govrin National Park.
The park lies in the Judean plain, an area with rolling hills rising some 400 meters above sea level. Most of the ground here is chalky and this soft but relatively erosion-resistant stone is ideal for caves. Very early, people began to dig caves in the Beit Govrin area, which they used as quarries and burial grounds, storerooms and workshops, hiding places and spaces for raising doves.
- 13:00- Lunch.
- 14:00- Visit at Tel Goded Follow our ancestors; we'll crawl on our knees to some ancient tunnels underground (flashlights is essential).
- 15:30- We'll stop at the Biblical site of Tel Azeka: a view over the battle field of David and Goliath.
- 17:00- We'll continue to Mini-Israel-a beautiful miniature version of the Land of Israel.

Day 9: Tel Aviv and Jaffa.
- 09:00- Visit the old city of jaffa, with its art galleries and beautiful port.
- 11:30- Visit at the Hall of Independence- On the 14th of May in 1948 Ben Gurion read here Israel’s Declaration of Independence. The hall where it happened looks exactly like in those days.
- 13:00- Lunch and walk at Nahalat Benyamin street for shopping and a nice walk along one of Tel Aviv's typical streets.
- 15:00- Top of Azrieli tower to see the view, and if the weather is good we'll go for a swim in the Mediterranean.

Day 10: Sharon.
- 09:00- Visit to Machon Ayalon: an underground factory that surreptitiously manufactured ammunition before the establishment of the state.
- 11:00- Weizmann Institute of science where we'll see the Solar Complex, one of the most sophisticated solar research facilities in the world, and the house of Dr. Chaim Weizmann, first President of the State of Israel.
- 12:30- Lunch.
- 15:00- After lunch we'll visit a goat farm in moshav Kfar neter. The kids will have the opportunity to milk the goats and to bake their own pita bread.

Day 11: Mount Carmel.
- 09:30- Visit at the old city of Cesarea, a Roman city with Roman structures including an amphitheater, hippodrome, hot baths and more. The kids we'll have the opportunity to talk to some of the figures that lived in Caesarea in the past, through a computerized presentation.
- 12:00- Ancient water tunnel of Alona, hiking through the water.
- 14:00- Mount Carmel for a Druze lunch.
- 15:30- A beautiful view over the Bahi gardens from Haifa lookout.
- Walk though the German colony of Haifa and from there a visit to Yokneam winery.

Day 12: Lower Galilee and Mount Tabor.
- 10:30- We'll visit Beit She'arim National Park. The people of ancient Beit She'arim dug ornate catacombs, interconnected by tunnels, creating a huge underground necropolis - a city of the dead. The caves are full of stylized sarcophagi, decorated with Jewish and secular symbols.
- 12:00- Zipori National Park: a Roman city with beautiful mosaic floors.
- 14:00- Lunch.
- 15:30- Mount Tabor to visit the church of transfiguration and to enjoy the view.
- 17:00- We'll end the day in a robotic dairy (only if staying overnight up north).

Day 13: Emek Harod and Mount Gilboa.
- 10:00- Visit at Tel Yzrael and a short walk to the spring of Yzrael where we'll be able to walk in a water tunnel. We'll hear the story of the confrontation between King Akhab and Prophet Elijah.
- 11:00- From there we'll continue to a lookout from Mount Gilboa over the Samaritan mountains.
- 13:00- Lunch.
- 13:30- Visit Gan Guru- an Australian park, where we can see many Australian animals and even pet a kangaroo.
- 15:30- Visit in a robotic dairy. Over night: Ramot Naftaly.

Day 14: Upper Galilee.
- 08:30- We'll start the morning with home made Galilean fresh breakfast.
- 10:00- A view over Lebanon and after that visit Mount Meron, viewing the northern Galilee; Mount Meron is Kziv streamthe highest mountain in the Galilee over 1200 M above sea level.
- 11:00- Hike in Kziv stream. This beautiful stream (or as we define River) is covered with plants and flora. We'll reach the nice pool and spend some time refreshing in the fresh water.
- 14:00- Lunch in a Maronite restaurant.
- 16:00- Visit the old city of Safed and its ancient synagogues and art galleries. Over night: Ramot Naftaly.

Day 15: Upper Galilee and Golan Heights.
- 08:00- We'll start the morning with fresh home made Galilean breakfast.
- 09:30- Banias River, hiking at this beautiful trail along the water.
- 12:00- After the hike we'll refresh ourselves in the Jordan River, kayaking with the raft.
- 14:00- Lunch at Dagi dafna- fish restaurant.
- 15:30- We'll visit at the foot hill of Mount Hermon (the highest mountain in Israel located north of the Golan Heights. Nimrod fortress: a medieval fortress with a hidden entrance.

Day 16: Upper Galilee.
- 08:00- We'll start the morning with fresh home made Galilean breakfast.
- 09:30- Visit Kibutz El Rom where we'll see a movie that was produced by the Kibuzt. The movie describes one of the famous battles that took place not far from this kibutz at the six day war.
- 11:00- Bental volcano to see a great view over the Syrian border.
- 12:30- Lunch at a Yemenite restaurant at the city of Kazerin.
- 14:00- Visit the Talmidic Park of Kazerin. The park encompasses a reconstruction of buildings from the Talmudic period village of Katzrin, including its magnificent synagogue. Two reconstructed houses contain tools from that period. In the park's Sculpture Garden. sixteen basalt sculptures are on display. Driving back to Tel Aviv or-
- 16:00- Visit the visitor center of the Golan Heights and the olive press- over night in the Golan Heights.

Day 17: Negev.
- 09:30- Stopping in a Bedouin village to get a taste of their lifestyle.
- 10:00- Visit Tel Be'er Sheva where Abraham dug his famous well.
- 12:00- Visit goat ranch to test their cheese.
- 13:00- David Ben Gurion's tomb in Kibbutz Sde Boker.
- 15:00- A spectacular lookout to the crater of Ramon and Visit at the alpaca ranch where you can feed alpacas.
- 17:00- Driving back to tel aviv (3 hours) or Over night: Mitzpe ramon.

Day 18: Negev.
- 09:00- Visit the sites that are in the crater- the Nagarya, and the Nabataea's Inn. It is possible to have a jeep ride, bicycle ride and do some rappelling.
- 15:00- Arriving to Eilat. Over night: hotel ADI.

Day 19: Eilat Mountains.
- 05:00- Early hike to see the spectacular sunrise above the Moab Mountains. This view point from Mount Tzfachot will expose The Red Sea in its greatness.
- 08:00- Breakfast at the hotel.
- 09:00- Visit the underwater observatory of Eilat where we'll see unique sea life.
- 12:00- Boats to sail on The Red Sea, including lunch and a swim.
- 15:00- Resting time.
- 18:00- Dinner and experience Eilat's night life. Over night: hotel ADI.

Day 20: Jordan.
- 07:00- Departing daily this tour begins early morning at the Eilat hotels and heads to the Rabin Border between Eilat and Jordan. Here we enter Jordan and are met by our Jordanian tour staff.
- 11:00- A 2 hour drive takes us from Aqaba to Petra, during the drive you are briefed by a specialist guide about the history and culture of Jordan. At the entrance to Petra horses are available (no fee) for the 10 min walk to the Siq Canyon. The imposing and beautiful Siq is in itself one of the main attractions in Petra. The walk through the Siq takes about 1/2 hour before that breathtaking and monumental moment of first stepping foot in Petra is upon you. One of the wonders of the world, Petra is an archaeological, anthropological and geological phenomenon. Your guide will share with you the legends, truths and myths of this astonishing city. The walk through Petra is made easy by the endless sights and fascinating facts. All of which bring to life a history as colorful as the sandstone rock from which it was carved.
- 13:00 Having explored the highlights of Petra, we stop at a restaurant within Petra to enjoy a hearty buffet lunch.
- 14:00 Following lunch we begin the walk back to our vehicle - for this final walk participants may choose to hire the services of the local donkey, camel and carriage drivers. We rejoin our vehicle for the return journey to Eilat and arrive by evening.

Day 21: Eilat Mountains.
- 09:00- Hiking through The Red Canyon: a canyon of red sandstone rock.
- 11:00- Mount Hezekiah lookout from to Egypt.
- 12:30- Lunch in one of Eilat's restaurants.
- 14:00- Yotveta Hai Bar to see the endangered wild animals that are waiting to be returned to the desert.
- 16:00- Salt lakes of Eilat where we'll see flamingo birds enjoying the salty water.
- 17:00- Back at the hotel.
