Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive Belize City
Fly into Belize City and be met at the airport and transferred to your rainforest lodge home for the next 4 nights. Situated on the banks of a 28 mile long spring fed lagoon amid the remnants of a major Maya city, the lodge is surrounded by an incredible variety of habitats that facilitate nature-based activities that depart right from your cabana's doorstep. Includes: (D).
Days 2-4: Lamanai Outpost Adventures
Lamanai Outpost is one of only a very few of Belize's jungle lodges to have been repetitively featured on shows such as Wild Things, Discovery, Animal Planet, World Gone Wild and National Geographic Explorer. The nearest full-service lodge or hotel is over 70 miles away and the number of cabanas at Lamanai Outpost are limited, so it is almost guaranteed that it will be just you, your guide and a few friends that you have made at the Outpost. The average guest embarks on 2 -3 soft adventure packages each day, in small groups of about 6 - 10 people. Includes: (B), (L), (D).
Day 5: Fly Ambergris Caye
After a leisurely morning you will fly direct from Lamani Outpost Lodge to Ambergris Caye; a short 15 minute flight over crystal Caribbean waters to Ambergris Caye. Settle into the beach side hotel and relax into the Belizean spirit.
Days 6-7: Ambergris Free Days
These days are free for you to arrange activities on your own. On Ambergris, you can arrange to take a PADI scuba diver Resort Course, explore the island by bicycle, rent a catamaran or just relax on the beach. Included in your package is a guided afternoon snorkeling trip to Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Ray Alley for your first introduction to the underwater world of the Belizean reef. Sea turtles, eagle rays, nurse sharks and hundreds of species of fish, coral, and sponges create one of the worlds most diverse underwater ecosystems. Most of your time on Ambergris is on your own, but the island has plenty of services for daytime adventure and nighttime dining.
Day 8: Return Home
Bid farewell to Ambergris Caye and fly back to Belize City in time to connect with your return flight home.

* This is a great trip for those looking for a more relaxed pace of Belize travel. Please note that because of inclement weather and the risk of hurricanes, we do not offer this trip from Sept through the end of October.
