Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Depart on a morning flight from Heathrow and arrive in the afternoon in St Petersburg. Transfer to hotel. Dinner at local restaurant.
Day 2: After breakfast we will take a full day tour of St Petersburg with English speaking guide visiting Peter and Paul Fortress, The Spit of Basil Island, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, Kazan Cathedral and the Cathedral of the Spilled Blood. Late afternoon some free time.
Dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 3: With a guide we will begin a full day visit to The Hermitage. In the afternoon, take the hydrofoil to the Peterhof, Great Palace and Park. Dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 4: Again with a guide we will visit the Russian Museum and then after lunch take a visit to the Marble Palace and the Strogonov Palace. Dinner at local restaurant. Opera at the Kirov or ballet at the St Petersburg Conservatoire.
Day 5: With guide, visit Prince Yusupov’s Palace. Free time once visit has finished, for shopping. Dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 6: After breakfast we will check out of the hotel and visit Pushkin and Katherine’s Palace before transferring to the airport. Arriving at Heathrow in the afternoon.
