Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Frankfurt - Würzburg. Pick up your AVIS rental car at Frankfurt Airport or Frankfurt City Centre, drive on the Autobahn (highway) from Frankfurt to Würzburg, visit the Wuerzburg Residence (admission included). Overnight: 3* Hotel Strauss (or similar) in Würzburg City Centre. Includes: (B).

Day 2: Würzburg - Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Scenic drive through the Tauber Valley along the Romantic Road to the medieval Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Overnight: 3* Hotel Spitzweg (or similar), located in the Old Town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber within the Old Town Wall. Includes: (B).

Day 3: Day trip to Nuremberg. Today you visit the Imperial Castle in Nuremberg (admission included). In the evening drive back to Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Overnight: 3* Hotel Spitzweg (or similar), located in the Old Town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber within the Old Town Wall. Includes: (B).

Day 4: Rothenburg ob der Tauber - Nördlingen. Scenic drive along the Romantic Road via Dinkelsbühl to the medieval Nördlingen. Overnight: 3* NH Hotel Klösterle (or similar), located in the Old Town of Nördlingen. Includes: (B).

Day 5: Nördlingen - Augsburg. Scenic drive along the Romantic Road via Donauwörth to Augsburg. Overnight: 3* Hotel Riegele (or similar), located in Augsburg City Centre. Includes: (B).

Day 6: Augsburg - Neuschwanstein Castle. Scenic drive along the Romantic Road via Landsberg am Lech and Wieskirche to Hohenschwangau for a visit of Neuschwanstein Castle (admission included). Overnight: 3* Schlosshotel Lisl (or similar), located in Hohenschwangau right below Neuschwanstein Castle. Includes: (B).

Day 7: Hohenschwangau - Munich. Scenic drive through the Alps to Linderhof Palace (admission included). Drive on the Autobahn to Munich. Return your rental car in Munich City Centre, Munich Airport, Frankfurt City Centre or Frankfurt airport.
