Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Nairobi Samburu.
We depart Nairobi after breakfast and drive towards the north to Samburu where we arrive late afternoon. If time allows we undertake an evening game drive before relaxing overnight
Day 2: Samburu.
Today we shall have a full day game drive in Samburu which may cover also Buffalo Springs depending on animal movement patterns at the time. We shall have lunch and relax and take another game drive in the evening
Day 3: Samburu Mt Kenya.
After breakfast we leave for Mt Kenya where we arrive for lunch at the Mt Kenya Safari Club. In the afternoon we shall go for game drive at Sweet Waters Game Sanctuary then get back to the lodge or camp for overnight stay
Day 4: Mt Kenya.
Today we shall relax in Mt Kenya. Optional hikes can be made at Mt Kenya for extra cost. Other activities here including sport fishing, golfing, etc as you watch the peak of Mt Kenya in the background. Here, you will be standing 0 degrees on the equator and its one of the best places to stay!
Day 5: Mt Kenya Lake Nakuru.
We head for the Great Rift Valley and stop briefly at Thomson Falls and the view point. We shall be in time for lunch in Lake Nakuru and the take a rest after lunch. In the evening we shall take a game drive around the lake before relaxing for the night
Day 6: Lake Nakuru.
We shall have a full day in this leading national park. We shall see hundreds of birds and other unique wildlife like black and white rhinos, Rothschild giraffe, Elands and other antelopes of Africa
Day 7: Lake Nakuru Maasai Mara.
We leave after breakfast for Maasai Mara. Remember we are now headed for the most popular wildlife area in Africa where we arrive mid afternoon and enter with a game drive towards the lodge or camp
Day 8: Maasai Mara.
Maasai Mara whole day. Game drives and (optional) visit to Maasai village at extra cost. Relax and overnight stay
Day 9: Maasai Mara.
Maasai Mara whole day for game drives and optional activities and walking.
Day 10: Maasai Mara Naivasha.
We now head back to the Rift Valley to see one of the biggest fresh water lakes in Africa. We arrive in Naivasha early afternoon and check in at the hotel and have lunch and relax. An evening walk at Crescent Island is quite fascinating.
Day 11: Hells Gate.
Its a relaxed day today and we shall spend the morning at Hells Gate Park to view landscape, wildlife and geothermal power plants. A relaxed afternoon at the lakeshore is advised and a boat ride can be undertaken at an extra cost.
Day 12: Naivasha Nairobi.
We have a relaxed morning as we are just an hour away from Nairobi. We shall depart for Nairobi after lunch arriving mid afternoon. We shall be in time to leave for the next destination including the international airport or just check in Nairobi hotel.
