Day 1: Nairobi – Mt Kenya. After breakfast, we pick you from your Nairobi hotel and we depart for Mt Kenya area. We shall pass through highly settled and rich agricultural highlands of Kikuyu people and see large plantations of coffee, tea and pineapples. In Mt Kenya we shall check in your hotel and take lunch before taking an evening game drive in Sweet Waters Game Sanctuary. Here we have the only chimp sanctuary in Kenya besides a chance to see other unique animals of northern Kenya like grevy zebras and reticulated giraffe. Don’t forget here you have chance to meet Morani, the only known tame rhino which offers you the chance for a closest encounter with a rhino. Hug or kiss? It’s your choice. Back to the camp or lodge for dinner and overnight. Day 2: Mt Kenya – Lake Nakuru. After breakfast, we set off for Lake Nakuru stopping briefly at Thomson Falls and Menengai Crater. Then proceed to Lake Nakuru Park and check in at the lodge or camp. Depending on time, we shall take a brief game drive along the lake shore. Here we have a chance to see some of the largest flocks of birds anywhere in the world. We shall see flamingos, pelicans, gees, cormorants and hundreds of other birds. Also along the shore are white rhinos, buffalos and gazelles. Then we shall retire for dinner and overnight stay. Day 3: Lake Nakuru. We have a whole day to spend in this beautiful park. We shall pass along the lake shore for more bird experience. Then proceed to Baboon Cliff where we shall have a brief stop for photography and landscape view. We drive further south and see different antelopes, giraffes and rhinos until we reach at Makalia Falls where we alight again for a break and photography. We shall be back for lunch after we which we rest for the day. Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara. After breakfast we leave for Maasai Mara, the ultimate Kenyan wildlife safari. We shall stop briefly for lunch in Narok and proceed to the game reserve where we arrive mid afternoon. An evening game drive is worthwhile before taking a rest in your lodge or camp. Day 5: Maasai Mara. Today we shall have a full day game drive. We depart after breakfast and pursue the wildlife in different parts of the game park. Be ready to take pictures of lion prides, elephants and cheetahs plus hundreds of other animals. We shall take picnic lunch at Mara River as we watch hippos and crocodiles. After lunch break we shall return to the lodge or camp where we shall arrive late afternoon and relax. Dinner will follow and overnight stay. Day 6: Maasai Mara. Another great day in this vast wilderness. We proceed for an early morning game drive to explore more of the parks beautiful game and landscape. We shall be in time for lunch at the lodge and camp. After lunch we shall take a walking safari in the savanna vegetation guided by Maasai boys. Here we have a chance to here more about this great community; their way of life, how they relate with plants and animals etc. At an extra cost you can also visit the Maasai village and see their traditional settings. We shall then move back to the lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay. Day 7: Maasai Mara – Nairobi. This is our last day of safari and we shall take an early morning game drive. We shall then exit the park mid morning and head straight for Nairobi with quick breaks. Those leaving Kenya shall be taken to the international airport while those staying longer shall check in their hotels. Notes: Prices:
