Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Transfer from Bragança to your accommodation.
Day 2: A 15km circular walk that takes you westwards deep into the hills of the Serra Serrada with stunning views across the Tras os Montes into Spain, return is via a beautiful granite gorge.
Day 3: Today you will walk northwards passing through oak woods and pastureland on a 17km circular walk that will take you into Spain before returning along the Calabor river valley, passing on your way back the now abandoned tungsten mine.
Day 4: A 14km circular walk that follows grassy trails through a landscape of wild broom and thyme up to the Barragem de Serra de Serrada, a beautiful lake surrounded by panoramic scenery and breathtaking views.
Day 5: Transfer back to Bragança.
