With no doubts the most well known symbol of Brazil and surely one of the main tourist attraction of the world, recently was elected via internet as one of the world's new seven wonders: Christ the redeemer statue. After the route the leads to the top of the Corcovado hill (710 meters high) you'll experience an incredible breathtaking view over the city of Rio de Janeiro. The statue is surrounded by green mountains, where you'll see the Guanabara Bay, lagoon, beaches and rocky walls.
This tour is also combined with an interesting visit to nice 52 acres park with typical vegetation of the atlantic rainforest and where is located in a nice eclectic house, the school of visual arts of Rio, inside there is a cozy café where we make a stop for a drink. After a short walk through the park we go further to the beautiful beach of São Cristóvão where we'll take a look at the hang gliders going down from Pedra Bonita (520 meter high hilltop) landing on the beach. To finish this tour we'll make out last stop by one of the most beautiful lookout points of Rio, the Dois Irmãos Park with awesome view over the lagoon Rodrigo de Freitas, the statue of Christ, the beaches of Leblon and Ipanema as well as the Jockey Club. Return to hotel.
