This itinerary is very interesting because it goes through inside the country; it is the Atlas mountain area of the North-west with its beautiful valleys.

Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Dougga. The most famous roman city for the variety and beauty of its monuments. Situated on a mountain, it dominates the wheat and corn valleys.

Day 2: El Kef. One has a lot to see in this former capital city of the Numidians, the natives of Tunisia: the museum of popular arts, the fortress, the Basilica, the Saint of the city, the Synagogue.

The Jugurta Mountain: This mountain has the form of a table, the Numidian king Jugurtha used it as a fortress at the time of resistance to the Romans and since then the mountain bears his name. The variety of the old constructions since prehistory to the present times is a witness of a rich history. There is a beautiful sensation and a fascinating view when one is over there.
