Salmon begin arriving in the waters of Icy Straits in May, with the first of the spawner King salmon. This early run is usually gone by mid June, but feeder Kings remain all summer in varying numbers. Pink and Chum salmon begin to run in mid July, and are followed by the Silvers in later July. The salmon season peaks in late August, when all four species are available in their greatest numbers.

Airfare is not included in the tour price.

Costs are on a per person basis and start at $165 for 1/2 day trips to $220 for our full day trips. A 6% sales tax is collected on all tours and is not included in these prices. Fishing licenses and king salmon stamps are available on board the boat.
