Jyotirlingas are special places associated with lord Shiva. It is believed that Nector (immortalizing Drink of Gods) dropped at 12 places on earth. These places are called Jyotirlingas spread all over India. They cover almost entire geography of India and parts of Nepal. Some of these sites are located in places which are slightly difficult to reach, accomodation normally is available in decent Pilgrimage Houses.
