Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival – Nairobi (Panafric Hotel)
Arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International airport in Nairobi where you will be met and greeted by Scops Tours and Safaris Representative in the typical warm African Hospitality. After greet and meet you will transfer to your city Hotel, panafric hotel where you will be welcomed with a glass of fruit juice at the reception, and taken to your room.
Day 2: Nairobi – Nakuru (Flamingo Hill Camp)
After breakfast drive to Nakuru, you will arrive Nakuru Flamingo hill camp in time for lunch. Lake Nakuru National Park is known for its huge concentration of flamingoes. The park is rich in other bird life and a number of wild animals. After lunch you will proceed for the afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru National park is truly a remarkable park as it has achieved international fame on animal sanctuary. Both black and white Rhinos are being given a new lease of life in this park. Also it is in this park that you will find large numbers of different species of bird life and most outstanding the pink greater and lesser flamingos. Return to the lodge for diner and overnight.
Day 3: Maasai Mara (Mara Sarova Tented Camp/Keekorok Lodge)
Break fast at the Camp Then proceed to the jewel of Kenya’s parks, the world famous Maasai Mara Game (Wildlife) Reserve. This is Kenya’s number one park and is always on every tourist’s “Must see list”. Full of life with various types of animals and birds, Maasai Mara crown’s the climax of every safari in Kenya. Its rolling grasslands and acacia savanna have time and again been captured on film with the movie “Out Of Africa…” being the most famous. Enjoy your Lunch, at this excellent tented Camp.
After lunch it is time for relaxation, or sunbathing and going for a dive in the pool. Your guide will take you for an afternoon game drive in search of the shy and elusive leopard, the solitary and ill-tempered Rhino, lions, buffaloes, and many others. As the sun starts to edge its way dip into the African horizon it will be the perfect opportunity to capture the beautiful Mara landscape on film or video camera. You will then drive back to the Camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Maasai Mara Game Reserve
An early morning game drive before dawn, followed by breakfast, is the perfect start of another unforgettable and memorable day in Africa. 0830 hrs – Return back to your lodge for breakfast. In between the morning and afternoon game drives you can take time out to read a book/novel, sunbathe, swim in the pool or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the lodge and the natural flora and fauna surrounding it, watch animals just right from your room. Or visit authentic Maasai Village to see and experience their wonderful culture. Have lunch at the camp. After lunch you will have time to take a rest before afternoon game viewing. Proceed on with your afternoon game viewing in search of the BIG FIVE and many other wild animals. Drive back to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Maasai Mara- Nairobi – Flight to Mombasa (White sands or similar)
Breakfast at the camp; proceed for Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. Lunch at a Nairobi restaurant, and then you will be transfer to the airport for your flight to Mombasa. Upon arrival you will be met at the airport and transferred to you Mombasa Hotel. (HB)
Days 6–9: Mombasa
You will spend the next four days in Mombasa relaxing at the Beach with options of taking the many available excursions and sightseeing activities.
Day 10: Mombasa- Nairobi Depart: Breakfast at your hotel. Transfer back to the airport for your flight to Jomo Kenyatta International airport where upon reaching, you will connect directly to your homebound flight.
