Day 1 - Milan (IT) | Courmayeur (IT) | Le Pré (IT)
Meet at Malpensa airport in Milan (Italy).
Transfer to Courmayeur (Vale d’Aosta/ Italy). Short walk to Bertone Hut.
Hiking time: approx. 2h00
Climbing: + 653 m/ + 2142 ft
Lodging: Hut.

Day 2: Bertone hut (IT) | Bonatti hut (IT)
First day of hiking and first contact with the beautiful glacier valleys of the Mont Blanc. Walking through Testa Bernarda crest and Malatra valley.
Hiking time: approx. 5h00
Climbing: + 850 m/ + 2789 ft
Lodging: hut (2020 m/ 6627 ft). Hot shower available.

Day 3: Bonatti (IT) | Champex (CH)
Hike up to the Elena mountain hut (2000 m) and Col Ferret (2537 m) mountain pass, entering Switzerland. Bus transfer from La Foulie to Champex, in Switzerland.
Hiking time: approx. 7h30
Climbing: +960 m/ +3150 ft
Lodging: Hut (1627 m/ 5338 ft).

Day 4: Champex (CH) | Col de Balme (FR)
Another great day of hiking. Pass through Fenettre dArpette and by Trient Glacier. Our final destination is the Col de Balme mountain hut (2191 m), where Alexander Dumas stayed in 1836, on his way to Switzerland.

Climbing: + 1652 m/ +5420 ft
Lodging: Hut (FR).

Day 5: Col de Balme | Les Contamines (FR)
Down by the beautiful Chamonix valley, including a bus transfer from Argentiere to Les Houches. We will stop in Chamonix to rest and do some shopping (mid day). Gondola up from Les Houches.
Hiking time: approx. 6h00
Climbing: +581 m/ 1906 ft
Lodging: hut (1164 m/ 3819 ft).

Day 6: Les Contamines (FR) | Les Mottets (FR)
Today we will do several mountain passes, like Col Bonhomme (2483 m/ 8146 ft), in the company of wild marmots.
Hiking time: approx. 8h00
Climbing: +1690 m/ 5545 ft
Lodging: Hut (1978 m/ 6490 ft).

Day 7: Les Mottets (FR) | Chécroui (IT)
We go back to Italy, by Col de la Seigne (2513 m/ 8245 ft) and hiking downt hrough the Ferret valley. From the trail we can admire the breathtaking sight of Mont Blanc’s peak.
Hiking time: approx. 6h00
Climbing: +990 m/ +3248 ft
Lodging: Hut (1900 m/ 6234 ft).

Day 8: Chécroui (IT) | Courmayeur (IT) | Milan (IT).
Short walk down to Courmayeur. Free time to visit this typical village and shopping.
Hiking time: approx. 2h00
Climbing: +18 m/ 59 ft | -746 m/ -2448 ft
Transfer to Malpensa airport in Milan.
Flight back home.
