You will reside at beautiful AmaTierra where you will be nurtured back to optimal health and wellbeing through yoga, breath work, relaxation exercises and local chef prepared vegetarian and fresh fish cuisine. Each day will begin with a gentle awakening yoga class, followed by silent breakfast and a day of activity, a day at the beach, or relaxation amidst the lush tropical grounds of flowers, exotic birds and butterflies.
Yoga Retreat in the Rainforest of Costa Rica - Well Being and Healthy Living at AmaTierra Retreat Center. The afternoon yoga class will focus on meditation and movement followed by a dip in the pool, a nap in the hammock or stroll down the secluded trails of AmaTierra Wellness Center. As the evening arises you will be greeted by local chef prepared organic cuisine for dinner. Conclude the day with health workshops focusing on techniques to balance out the body, mind and soul.
Symmetree Yoga Wellness Retreat, Meditation, Body Movement, Health Workshops in Costa RicaCarlene Sullivan, R.Y.T. and sole owner of Symmetree Yoga is a certified and licensed Yoga Teacher who has continued her studying in Ayurveda and Thai Yoga Therapy and is currently working towards her doctorate in Natural Health. She has been in the healing arts field since 1997 and her passion for natural health began in the 1990's when she pursued her dream by owning and operating an Aromatherapy Shop.
Here she produced all natural products using High Quality Essential Oils and Plant Essences for the mindful home and body. She has shifted her career to broadening her healing touch by offering yoga and healing art services throughout the Mount Washington Valley of New Hampshire. Her classes focus on breath work, movement and relaxation to tone and strengthen the entire body while relaxing the mind. She trusts that through passion and hard work that she will fulfill her dream of promoting health & wellbeing around the Globe.
