Sea kayak Croatia! We experience the “Best of Dalmatia” on this shortened version of our 16 day expedition kayaking trip. We start in Zadar and begin our adventure sea kayaking through the labyrinth of the Kornati Islands archipelago. Islands and islets, cliffs and secluded coves, small fishing villages and ruins from ancient times are the backdrop for our paddling days. We finish paddling at Croatia's historical city of Skradin, and the next day explore the stunning waterfalls of Krka National Park on foot before a celebratory dinner.
2012 Tour Departure: 20-29 September.
Tour Itinerary:
DAY 1: Transfer to hotel at Zadar. Welcome dinner and pre-trip briefing.
DAY 2-5: Kayak through Kornati Islands National Park
DAY 6-7: Paddle Murter to Skradin, hotel
DAY 8: Explore Krka National Park. Farewell dinner, hotel
DAY 9: Trip concludes.
***Optional day trip-Paddle Zrmanja river (a spectacular river paddle on sit on kayaks).
