Kenya is by far the most popular safari destination in the world. Its national parks are as exceptional as their reputations, and the Maasai Mara marks the beginning of the immense Serengeti, known for its cats and colossal herds of migrating wildebeest. Serengeti, which cover 14 763sq km and is contiguous with the Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya, is Tanzania’s largest and most famous national park. The Ngorongoro Crater is just one part of much larger area of interrelated ecosystems consisting of the Crater Highlands (to which the Ngorongoro Crater belongs) together with vast stretches of plains, bush and woodland.
Tour Itinerary: Day 1: Lake Nakuru National Park. Depart Nairobi in the morning. We drive down the escarpment via the floor of Great Rift Valley arrive for lunch, after what follows afternoon game drive. Here you can see plenty of flamingos in the soda lake, white Rhino, Roth Childs giraffe, Buffalo, Lion or Leopard. Overnight at Lake Nakuru lodge/ Sarova lion hill lodge. Includes: (B), (L), (D). Day 2: Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara. Depart Lake Nakuru after breakfast for Masai Mara arrive for lunch. After lunch go for afternoon game drive. Overnight at Mara sarova/ Sopa lodge / Serena lodge. Includes: (B), (L), (D). Day 3: Masai Mara. Full day exploring the park. Here you can see the wild beast, zebra, Masai giraffe, buffalo, elephant, cheetah, lion, leopard, topi also black rhino. In Mara River there are hippos and crocodile. Overnight at Mara sarova/ Sopa lodge / Serena lodge. Includes: (B), (L), (D). Day 4: Masai Mara - Musoma. Depart Masai Mara after breakfast and drive through northern of reserve. As you proceed to the Tanzania border at Isibania/Sirari, lunch en-route arrive Musoma town the area of Lake Victoria in afternoon. Optional of boat trip to see shore birds, hippos and crocodile in the Lake. Overnight at Mara peninsula hotel or similar. Includes: (B), (L), (D). Day 5: Musoma Serengeti Park. After breakfast go for boat ride then drive south to the Western Corridor of Serengeti Via Ndabaka gate. Arrive for lunch then afternoon game drive. Overnight at Serengeti Serena lodge/ Sopa lodge or similar. Includes: (B), (L), (D). Day 6: Serengeti Park. After breakfast proceed to Soronera (middle of Serengeti) game en-route. Arrive for lunch then afternoon game drive. Overnight at Seronera wildlife lodge/ Serengeti Serena lodge. Includes: (B), (L), (D). Day 7: Serengeti - Ngorongoro. Go for early morning game drive followed by breakfast. After breakfast depart for Ngorongoro with picnic lunch via Olduvai George. Arrive Ngorongoro late afternoon for dinner. Overnight at Ngorongoro wildlife lodge/ Ngorongoro serena lodge. Includes: (B), (L), (D). Day 8: Ngorongoro - Arusha. After breakfast drive to the Crater with packed lunch. Game drive on crater floor till afternoon with a break for lunch. After lunch drive to Arusha. Overnight at Kipo Place hotel/ Mountain village. Day 9: Arusha - Amboseli. After breakfast drive to Amboseli Via Namanga border-arrive for lunch then afternoon game drive. Amboseli are the plains below mt. Kilimanjaro, the waters from melted snow drain down the mountain to Amboseli plains and create a green belt of swampland amidst dusty plains. Here you can see Hippo, Elephant, buffalo and shore birds a long the swamp. Overnight at Amboseli Serena lodge. Includes: (B), (L), (D). Day 10: Amboseli - Nairobi or Arusha.
