Lake Manyara National Park is one of Tanzania’s smallest parks, its vegetation is diverse, ranging from savanna to marshes and acacia woodland, enabling it to support a variety of habitats. Serengeti, which cover 14 763sq km and is contiguous with the Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya, is Tanzania’s largest and most famous national park. The Serengeti is famous for its lions, but you’re also likely to see Thomson’s and Grant’s gazelles, elands, impalas, klipspringers, and warthogs, as well as rich birdlife. One of the Serengeti’s main attractions is the annual migration of wildebeest herds in search of better grazing. Ngorongoro Crater is one of the world's greatest natural spectacles, its magical setting and abundant wildlife never fail to enthrall visitors. It borders the Serengeti National Park to the north and west. Tarangire is a beautiful area stretching south-east of Lake Manyara around the Tarangire River.
Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arusha
After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara, lunch at the campsite/lodge followed by afternoon game drive dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Campsite / Lake Manyara wildlife lodge/ Lake Manyara Serena lodge – FB
Day 2: Serengeti
After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park viewing game en route, dinner and overnight at Serengeti Camping/ Seronera Wildlife lodge/ Serengeti Serena Lodge - FB.
Day 3: Serengeti
Spend the day game viewing in the Serengeti with a break for lunch at the campsite/lodge. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Campsite/ Seronera Wildlife lodge/ Serengeti Serena Lodge - FB
Day 4: Ngorongoro via Olduvai Gorge
After an early breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro crater via Olduvai with picinic lunches. Game en route. Diner and overnight at Ngorongoro Campsite /Ngorongoro Wildlife lodge/ Ngorongoro Serena lodge – FB.
Day 5: Tarangire
Morning crater tour and after lunch proceed to Tarangire National Park. Dinner and overnight at the Tarangire campsite/Tarangire Safari Lodge/ Tarangire Sopa Lodge – FB
Day 6: Arusha
After breakfast morning game drive followed by hot lunch at the campsite/lodge, then proceed to Arusha for dinner and overnight at Kipo Palace Hotel/ Mountain Village Serena hotel – HB
