Day 1 - Arrival to Tashkent.
Day 2 - Tashkent - Samarkand (330 km, 5-6 hours).
Day 3 - Samarkand.
Day 4 - Samarkand - Sarmysh gorge - Nurata - Yurt camp in Kyzylkum desert (270 km, 4 hours).
Day 5 - Yurt camp - Aydarkul lake (6 km) - Bukhara (300 km, 4-5 hours).
Day 6 - Bukhara - Tashkent (night train).
Day 7 - Tashkent - Kokand - Rishtan - Fergana (310 km, 5 hours).
Day 8 - Fergana - Margilan “Dustlik” border point - Osh (150 km, 3 hours).
Day 9 - Osh - Chychkan Gorge (450 km).
Day 10 - Chychkan gorge - Son-Kul lake.
Day 11 - Son-Kul lake.

Detailed tour description:

Day 1 - Arrival to Tashkent.
Arrival to Tashkent. Meeting at the airport. Beginning of the city tour in Tashkent. Visit Khast-Imam Square, Barak-Khan madrassah, Kafal-al Shashi Mazar, Kukeldash madrassah, Applied arts museum, Fine Arts Museum of Uzbekistan and the History Museum of the People of Uzbekistan. Overnight.

Day 2 - Tashkent - Samarkand (330 km, 5-6 hours).
In the morning transfer to Samarkand. On arrival visit the Mausoleum of Khoja Daniyor (or Daniel the Prophet) and walk about the Registan Square. Overnight.

Day 3 - Samarkand.
Breakfast at the hotel. City tour about Samarkand. Visit to the Registan Ensemble, Ulugbek madrassah, Sher-Dor madrassah, Tillya-Kari madrassah, Gur-Emir mausoleum, Rukhabad necropolis, Bibi-Khanym mosque, Ulugbek Observatory, Shakhi-Zinda ensemble, Khazrat-Hyzra mosque. Overnight.

Day 4 - Samarkand - Sarmysh gorge - Nurata - Yurt camp in Kyzylkum desert (270 km, 4 hours).
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the yurt camp in Kyzylkum desert via Sarmish gorge and the small city of Nurata. Visit the ancient paintings - petrogliphs in Sarmysh gorge. Excursion program in Nurata. Lunch in the national house in Nurata. Further transfer to the yurt camp. Arrival. Accommodation and rest in yurt. Familiarization with the surroundings. Dinner in the camp. Overnight.

Day 5 - Yurt camp - Aydarkul lake (6 km) - Bukhara (300 km, 4-5 hours).
Breakfast. Camel riding: walk to the Aydarkul lake and back on camels. Picnic on the Aydarkul lake. In the afternoon transfer to Bukhara. Accommodation and overnight at the hotel.

Day 6 - Bukhara - Tashkent (night train).
Breakfast at the hotel. City tour about Bukhara. Visit the following monuments: Chashma Ayub mausoleum, Poi-Kalon complex, Ulugbek madrassah, Laybi-Hauz ensemble, Kukeldash madrassah, Nadir Divanbegi madrassah, Samanid mausoleum, “Ark” fortress.
Transfer to the railway station. Overnight in train.

Day 7 - Tashkent - Kokand - Rishtan - Fergana (310 km, 5 hours).
Arrival to Tashkent. Breakfast at the restaurant. Transfer to Fergana via two cities of Fergana Valley: Kokand and Rishtan. Kokand city won’t leave you indifferent as not long ago (at the end of the XIX – the beginning of the XX C) Kokand was the second largest city of the Ferghana Valley! The city itself is known since 10th century, but its prime falls on the 18th century, when it became the centre of Kokand Khanate and the spiritual centre of the region. Here you will see the palace of Khudayar Khan, the cemetery of Kokand Khans, the Mausoleum of Modari Khan.
The next place of interest on your way is a small town Rishtan, located in the south of the Fergana Valley, one of the oldest centers of creation a unique pottery in Central Asia. A visit to the ceramic workshop.

Day 8 - Fergana - Margilan “Dustlik” border point - Osh (150 km, 3 hours).
After breakfast you will drive to the city of Margilan, whose origin is being associated with the Great Silk Road, which undoubtedly you heard a lot about. In X C Margilan was widely known for its silk ware, and its fame spread over long distances to the East and the West. You will have a chance to see these unique items, during the excursion to the “Yodgorlik” silk factory. Certainly, in the past silk, khan-atlas, bekasam, and other oriental cloths were hand-made, but still you can find out many interesting facts at the factory. Besides, while in Margilan you will visit the oriental Bazaar, where you can also buy some Margilan silk and many other interesting things.
Transfer further to Osh via “Dustlik” border point.
Accommodation and overnight in Osh.

Day 9 - Osh - Chychkan Gorge (450 km).
After breakfast transfer to Chychkan Gorge. On the way you can see the biggest hydro-electric station "Toktogul" with the storage dam. Accommodation at a guest house. Dinner.

Day 10 - Chychkan gorge - Son-Kul lake.
After breakfast transfer to Son-Kul lake. It is one of the highest mountain lake (3016 meters above the sea level). Son-Kul lake is famous for its traditional summer pastures, alpine meadows where you can know more about the real nomadic life. Accommodation in yurta (Kyrgyz national dwelling). Dinner.

Day 11 - Son-Kul lake.
All day for exploring the nature of Son-Kul lake and the life, culture and traditions of the nomadic people. Accommodation in yurta.

Day 12 - Son-Kul lake - Djety Oguz gorge.
After breakfast transfer to Djety Oguz gorge. On arrival you will be able to see the famous red rocks "Broken heart" and "Seven bulls”. Overnight in guest house.

Day 13 - Djety Oguz gorge - Karakol.
Breakfast at the guest house. Transfer to the town, named Karakol. City tour about Karakol. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 14 - Karakol - Bishkek.
Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Bishkek via the north shore of Lake Issyk-Kul - the second high alpine lake in the world after Titikaka Lake in the South America. On the way visiting of Burana Tower (XI C.). and petroglyphs (a museum of stone inscriptions under the open sky). Arrival in Bishkek. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 15 - Bishkek - “Ak-Jol” border point - Almaty (422 km, 7-8 hours).
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Almaty. On the way crossing the kyrgyz-kazakh border "Ak-Jol"/"Kordai". Arrival in Almaty and accommodation and overnight at the hotel.

Day 16 - Almaty. Departure.
Breakfast at the hotel. City tour in Almaty. Visit the Panfilov park, the Russian Orthodox Church by Zenkov, a museum of musical national instruments, the Republic square, National museum and Medeo.
Transfer to the airport in the evening. Departure.
