- Total duration - 13 days/13 nights. - Duration of trekking part - 8 days/9 nights. Numerous summits, some exceeding 7000 meters, form its line of relief. The name of its mountainous country is Pamir, which in the Old Iranian means “at the foot of Mitra”, the god of the sun. The route lies in the north - western region of Pamir, which is for good reason reputed as the most attractive, owing to the breath-taking sheer peaks, whose vertical, kilometer-long walls throne over green valleys. The path takes us through picturesque valleys, a simple pass, amazing canyons, fresh alpine meadows and foamy currents. The trek is also characterized by our meeting with always hospitable Kyrghyz shepherds. Drinking tea in their yurts, we get to know their original culture that has changed little for centuries of nomadic life. This trek is designed for those travelers who like active rest in trekking with diverse landscapes, enjoy sitting beside a night bonfire under the sky full of stars and are keen to know the peculiar culture of the land, that only few tourists visit. The best time for trekking is from July to September. Your Itinerary: Day 1: Arrival to Bishkek. Accommodation in hotel. Day 2: Flight to Osh. Transfer to Uzgarysh villiage. Day 3: Passage from Lyili-Mazar valley till Uryam river. Day 4: Passage from place of junction Lyali-Mazar river with Uryam river - till place of junction of Lyali-Mazar river till riverhead of Sabakh river. Day 5: Radial walk till Sabakh peak. Day 6: Passing from Udobniy pass till valley of Uryam river. Day 7: Spending the day and then radial walking till riverhead of Uryam river. Day 8: Passing from Uryam pass to the valley of Ak-Mechet river for the place of junction of Ak-su and Kara-Su rivers. Day 9: Spending the day and radial walking under Aksu Peak Day 10: Descent to Ak-Mechet river and then further tu Uzgarish villiage. Day 11: Transfer from Uzgarish villiage to Osh. Accommodation in hotel. Day 12: Morning Osh-Bishkek flight. Transfer to Issyk-Kul lake. Accomodation in Cholpon-ata guest house. Day 13: Having a rest in Issyk-Kuyl lake. Day 14: Transfer to Bishkek. Accommodation in hotel. Festive lunch. Day 15: Departure.
