Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Kunming. Arrive in Kunming, known as Spring City in China, is the capital city of Yunnan Province. Upon arrival, you would be met by your guide and transferred to the four-star New Era Hotel.

Day 2: Kunming. Visit the Western Hill where Taoist temples and Buddhism temples could be found. A very beautiful lake view of the Dianchi Lake comes into your eyes if being on the top of the Hills Dragon Gate. On the way down, visit the Huating Temple that has 500 sculptures of disciples of the Buddha. Includes: (B, L).

Day 3: Kunming - Dali. Fly to Dali in the morning, an important stop on the Yunnan-Tibetan Highway. Be met and transferred to the four-star Asia Star Hotel. Then take a tour to the Erhai Lake and enjoy the Folk Songs and Dances of the Bai ethnic minority while the famous Three Course Tea presented. You will find the crystal blue lake and the green mountain range nearby look alike a Chinese painting. Then take a look of the symbol of Dali, the Three Pagodas, built 1,300 years ago. You can have a leisurely stroll in Old Town Dali in the evening. Includes: (B, L).

Day 4: Dali - Lijiang. Today, you will drive to Lijiang. Lijiang, bordering Tibet, is a small town with a spectacular mountain backdrop. After lunch, you will visit the Black Dragon Pool, and the Dongba Culture Exhibition Museum, which represents the Dongba Pictographic Characters and Naxi Minorities mysterious Culture, some of which still use the matriarchal social system up till today. Late afternoon, tour the ancient Town of Dayan, a World Heritage Site in China recognized by the United Nations in 1999. Check into the four-star Grand Hotel. Includes: (B, L).

Day 5: Lijiang. A whole day tour starts with a visit to Yufeng Si, a traditional Lamasery famous for its 1000-year-old Camellia Tree. Take cable car ascending Jade Dragon Snow Mountain to visit Yushanping grassland, and tour the Baisha Mural in Baisha Naxi minority village. Includes: (B, L).

Day 6: Lijiang. Full day tour takes you to northwest of Lijiang Old Town to visit Tiger Leaping Gorge, which is believed to be the deepest gorge in the world. Includes: (B, L).

Day 7: Lijiang - Kunming. Fly to Kunming in the early morning. Upon arrival, drive to visit the Stone Forest, one of the natural wonders of the area, and a typical Karstic Landscape. On the way, you will enjoy a visit to a typical Yi minority village and meet the local people. Check into the four-star New Era Hotel. Includes: (B, L).

Day 8: Kunming. Transfer to the airport for your departure flight. Includes: (B).
