Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrived at Windhoek International airport. Here your guide will meet you, to transfer you to your accommodation. In the afternoon a city tour of Windhoek.
Day 2: Depart from accommodation and travel south into the Kalahari Desert driving through red dunes. In the afternoon you will have a game drive into the Kalahari Desert, to see the living animals in the Kalahari Desert and the dunes by close.
Day 3: Continue south through the Quiver Tree Forest near Keetmanshoop and on to the Fish River Canyon. Overnight in Gondwana Park. Go out on a sunset walk.
Day 4: A morning guided tour of the canyon from the rim before traveling through the prohibited diamond area to Luderitz. Will stop at Garub just after Aus, to see the Desert Wild Horses.
Day 5: Drive to the famous Ghost Town of Kolmanskop. Walk the walk the miners had walked. The rest of the day is at own leisure.
Day 6: Then inland to Helmeringhausen. Visit Duwiseb Castle and continue onto accommodation near Sesriem.
Day 7: An early start to view the impressive sand dunes of Sossusvlei. Also a visit to Sesriem Canyon. Overnight in the Sesriem area again.
Day 8: Drive to the coastal town of Swakopmund via the Gaub and Kuiseb Canyons.
Day 9: In the morning you will go out on a boat to see the marine life of the ocean. The rest of the afternoon is at own leisure. There is more activities to do but on own account.
Day 10: Along the coast via Henties Bay inland to Damaraland. In the afternoon a visit to Twyfelfontein.
Day 11: The morning visit various geological sites including the ‘Organ Pipes’ and Petrified Forest. Stay near Kamanjab, so that you can visit the Ova Himba’s.
Day 12: Drive to Etosha National Park. In the afternoon a drive in the park. Stay inside the park.
Day 13: Spent day game viewing, through the park so that you can be on the upper part of Etosha National Park.
Day 14: Traveling via Tsumeb and Otjikoto Lake towards Afri-Cat. Where you will visit a Cheetah Foundation.
Day 15: In the afternoon traveling to Windhoek.
Day 16: Leaving Namibia behind you.
