Rolling Meadows, a yoga retreat center on 100 acres of fields, woods, streams and a spring-fed pond in the hills of coastal Maine, provides a rural sanctuary away from the demands and stimulation of one's daily life. Yoga retreats for up to 10 participants are offered throughout the year offering classically-based, creatively-explored approaches to hatha yoga, body-based sensing meditation, authentic self-inquiry, nature and deep silence, creating an environment for deepening one's practice, personal renewal and spiritual reflection.
