- The best of Slovakia’s mountains
- Two national parks - The highest mountains of the Carpathians - the High Tatras, and the Slovak Paradise - Attractive combination of mountains - history - culture. The mountains of Slovakia are exceptional because in a relatively small area there is a great deal of diversity. The highest peaks of the Carpathian range, known as the High Tatras are situated in the northern part of this country. These mountains have been described using many parables and superlatives, such as „the highest“, but none do justice to the huge variety found within the High Tatras. The tours have been carefully arranged so that you will see the best and most picturesque parts of Slovakia’s highest mountains. Our hikes will also take you to the mysterious gullies of the Slovak Paradise. One day is reserved for a specially prepared trip to see wooden altars made by the masters of Gothic art, historic towns and UNESCO heritage sites, noted for their historic importance.
