Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Windhoek-Swakopmund. Depart Okatore for Windhoek and take delivery of the rental car, leave Windhoek and reach Swakopmund via the spectacular Bosua Pass. This small coastal town welcomes you with excellent shops and souvenir stores. High sand dunes, stunning beaches (water temperature between 15 °C and 20 °C). Overnight at B&B, only 5 minutes walk from town center and beach. Breakfast included, superb restaurants in close proximity.

Day 2: Swakopmund. Day trip into the desert or along the coast. Numerous activities, also for the more adventurous. Overnight at B&B.

Day 3: Swakopmund-Sossusvlei. A trip along the edge of the Namib desert by dirt road to the a Guestfarm. A perfect place to start excursions to the Sesriem Canyon and Sossusvlei. Overnight in guest rooms, breakfast included, lunch and dinner also available.

Day 4: Sossusvlei. Leave before sunrise for Sossusvlei and experience the color spectacle of sunrise over the highest dunes in the world. Spend the day in the Sesriem Canyon. Overnight at Guestfarm.

Day 5: Sossusvley-Guestfarm Helmeringhausen. Depart for Guestfarm, close to Helmeringhausen, on 300 km dirt road. En-route you can visit Castle Duwisib. Overnight in guest room, price includes supper, overnight, breakfast and game drive.

Day 6: Helmeringhausen-Fish River Canyon. Drive via Seeheim to the Fishriver Canyon and enjoy this breathtaking canyon from various viewing points. Overnight in a luxurious Lodge, restaurant available, price includes breakfast.

Day 7: Fish River Canyon-Quivertree Rest camp. Drive via Keetmanshoop to the Quivertree Forest Rest Camp along 170 km dirt and tar road. Enjoy this surreal "forest" with its abstract motif at sunset. Overnight in guest room, restaurant available, price includes breakfast.

Day 8: Quivertree Rest camp-Windhoek. Leave for Windhoek, 500 km tar road. Return rented car in the afternoon and transfer to your next destination.
