Your Itinerary:

Day 1: UK to São Tomé. Travel with TAP Air Portugal on their weekly flight via Lisbon to São Tomé.

Day 2: Arrival São Tomé. Transfer airport to hotel. After check-in the remainder of the day is free for you to relax or to take a walk and explore the sleepy capital, São Tomé town. Overnight Hotel Miramar. Includes: (B).

Day 3: City of São Tomé to Bombaim. Breakfast at the Miramar followed by a briefing with our local guide. City tour in São Tomé town to visit, among others, the National Museum, the local market and the Cathedral. We continue by 4WD to the coffee plantation of Monte Café in the mountains. After a factory visit, transfer to Bombaim, with lunch at Roça de Santa Clara. Light trek (about 2 hours) to Bombaim, passing by the waterfall of Bombaim. Check-in at the plantation house and rest before dinner. Overnight Roça Bombaim plantation house. Includes: (B).

Day 4: Bombaim to São João dos Angolares. Transfer by 4WD to São João. On arrival check-in with time to relax or explore the local area on foot before dinner at the Roça. Overnight Roça São João. Includes: (B).

Day 5: On the East Coast. Day at leisure exploring the local area or visit the nearby beaches which are within walking distance of the Roça. Overnight Roça São João. Includes: (B).

Day 6: The southern beaches. After breakfast at the plantation house, check-out and transfer by road to the southern tip of São Tomé Island and transfer by boat from Ponta Baleia to Rolas Island. Check-in at the resort and relax before dinner. Overnight Pestana Equador Island Resort. Includes: (B).

Day 7: Pestana Equador Island Resort. A free day. No program, but a suggestion of visiting the Equator Mark (40 minutes walk) or enjoy the beach, Praia Café, or visit the natural blow holes along the coast. Overnight Pestana Equador Island Resort. Includes: (B).

Day 8: The Northeast. Breakfast at the resort and check-out. Boat transfer to Ponta Baleia. Transfer along the East Coast, to São Tomé town and check-in at the Hotel Miramar. Overnight at Hotel Miramar. Includes: (B).

Day 9: São Tomé to UK. Early breakfast, followed by transfer to the airport for your TAP Air Portugal flight to the UK, via Lisbon.
