The full day tour begins with a trip to Mt Eden to view the crater of this extinct volcano, which offers a spectacular panoramic view over Auckland City. From Mt Eden the tour continues through Epsom, one of Auckland’s older and more beautifully presented suburbs, into the Auckland Domain passing the Auckland Museum.

Visit New Zealand’s first Anglican Diocese, St Mary’s Cathedral, built in 1860. Continue through the boutique shopping area of Parnell to Judges Bay Rd to St Stephens Chapel, which was originally built of stone in 1843, but after disintegrating, was rebuilt in 1857 with wood paneling. Visit Bastion Point and then head across the Auckland Harbour bridge, soaking in the majestic views to Devonport. After lunch don on your walking shoes for a tour of North Head and Mt Victoria to inspect the gun emplacements and magnificent views of the Hauraki Harbour. Suitable for pre and post ship cruises.
