Your Itinerary:
Day 1: Drive to South West of Addis Ababa, visits the rock-hewn church of Adadi Mariam, and Stelae of Tiya and the Gurage villages with roof of circles houses arrive Hosana. Over night in Simple Hotel or camping.
Day 2: Drive from Hosana to Arba-Minch viewing Lakes Abaya and Lake Champ, overnight at Arba-Minch Bekele Mola Hotel.
Day 3: Drive to Lake Abaya. Lake Chamo and Nechesar National Park. Enjoy fishing, watch wild games and scenery of the Savanna grassland, visit Chenecha village the largest Dorze villages, with their unique weaved bee-hived shaped bamboo houses, and their weaven cotton cloth. After lunch to Konso village, overnight camping at Konso.
Day 5: Drive to Neri river, then reach Mago Park (area 2162 km2). After this sanctuary you will reach the Mursi village near Omo river. Overnight in Camp in Mago Park.
Day 6: Proceeding South you reach Murule. Now you are in tropical Acacia, Savannah land of Karo people. Karos are artists in creating hair styles and body painting Over night camping there.
Day 7: From Murule, you cross the Savannah land to Dimeka, visit Karo's, Bume's, Hmar's villages. You will enjoy the hospitality of the peoples and their small markets over night camping by Omo river.
Day 8: Drive South to Omorate enjoying the land escape, camping for overnight in Omoraite.
Day 9: Cross Omo river move to Omo National Park, stay the whole day in the park, overnight camping in Omo National Park.
Day 10: From Omo National Park drive to Turmi, another district where Hamar people live. If it is a market day you can buy souvenirs, watch their tradition and their traditional dresses. Overnight at Turmi in camping.
Day 11: Drive to Chew Bahir (Lake Stephanie) and to Elbore, overnight camping at Elbore.
Day 12: Drive back Arba- Minch visit crocodile market. Overnight at Arba-Minch Hotel.
Day 13: Drive to Awassa, enjoy fishing and swimming in Awassa. Over night in Awassa Hotel.
Day 14: Drive to Lake Langano, after lunch visit Lake Abiata, Shalla, and the National Park. Over night at the Langano Hotel.
Day 15: Drive to Lake Zeway, then to Deberzeit Crater Lakes of Hora and Bishoftu. Overnight in Addis Ababa.
Day 16: Depart for Home.
