These authentic Berber villages have considerable world heritage where many movies has been filmed such as Lawrence of Arabia, Hidalgo, The Black Stallion Returns, Babel, Cleopatra.

The trip goes through Ouarzazate the south pearl with its’ beautiful cinema studios, the Kasbah Taourirt, the old Galoui Palace, the river through the Draa Valley with many Kasbahs, the long palm tree oasis which produces famous dates, the village of Agdz, and then Tamegroute theology school and it’s famous 13th Century library that contains many rare books and documents. The massive adobe structures we see along the route are divided into houses that serve as habitations for families of these Kasbah villages where life has continued unchanged over many centuries.

Zagora and M’ Hamid are also known as "the doors of the desert” because they are the last towns before The palm oases where the road dissolve into nothing but sand and rocks as we drive through the sand dunes. About 80km from Zagora is the small village of Mhamid; here we can get a more intimate view of the sand dunes rising like mirages to enchant your eyes.
