Tour Itinerary:
Friday: Athens / Istambul
Embarkation starts at 14:00. Our cruise ship will leave the port of Piraeus at 17:00 for a 7 full days of fun and experiences. We go along the Athens Riviera in the Saronic Golf to the south end of Attica passing close to the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounion. This afternoon is a good opportunity to get around and know your ship and the services we provide. Dinner and entertainment on board the ship and overnight travel to our next destination .
Saturday: Dardanelles Strait / Istambul
While having your breakfast we are cruising the famous Dardanelles strait. In the afternoon, we arrive at the mystic city of Istanbul. Make the most of this night participating in an optional night tour with Oriental dances or explore this ancient city by participating in one of the optional tours and bargain for your own treasures at one of the 5.000 shops of the famous Grand Bazaar.
Sunday: Istambul
A full day in Istanbul with the graceful minarets of countless mosques. Istanbul's blend of East & West has resulted in some of the most magnificent architecture in the world, including the Aghia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Topkapi Palace. Stroll around the city, do your shopping, taste the local coffee and local sweets and just find out why this city was the capital of Byzantine Empire fro so long time. In the afternoon embarkation and continue of our ship life while the ship is going to our next famous point.
Monday: Mykonos
Morning on board for swimming in the pool, participating in one of the many activities on board or just relax and enjoy the sun and the calmness of the Aegean sea with the blue clear waters. In the afternoon arrival at the famous island of Mykonos, an international "jet-set" known for its beautiful sandy beaches, hundreds of tiny white chapels and incredible night life. Walk around the town and admire the small houses, all white and blue, have a coffee or a cocktail in one of the famous bars and promise to return for longer stay and more experiences. Late at night embarkation and continue for our next port.
Tuesday: Patmos / Kusadasi
Early morning we arrive in the Holy Island of Patmos, where participating in the optional tour, you will have the opportunity to visit the Monastery & the Grotto of St. John, where he lived and recorded the Book of Revelation. People here have their own rhythm of living with a few cars and lot of fishing and sailing. In the afternoon we arrive in the Turkish port of Kusadasi. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Ephesus, one of the most complete ancient cities ever excavated where St. Paul was arrested and then banished.
Wednesday: Rhodes
Today we visit the magnificent island of the roses, Knights and Butterflies. Participating in one of the optional tours, you can visit the old medieval city and the famous Acropolis of Lindos. If you want to be on your own you can swim in one of the many beaches of the island or just stroll in the old city and imagine being one of its inhabitants of the ancient times, Late evening return in the ship.
Thursday: Heraklion / Santorini
New port, new places, new interesting sites in Crete. We will wake up in Heraklion, the biggest city of Crete, the island full of archaeological sites, beautiful beaches and fantastic scenery. Take the opportunity to participate in the optional tour to the Palace of Knossos, the centre of the Minoan Civilization. We continue and this afternoon we visit the most breathtaking island, Santorini, believed to be the lost continent of Atlantis. You can participate in the optional tours or just relax in one of the famous cafes of the town and admire the sunset on the Caldera, known to be the most famous.
Friday: Early we arrive in Piraeus port. After breakfast disembarkation and continue for your Greece vacation or for your return home trip.
