Day 1: On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport you will be met by M19452 (Please look out for the board with your name on it) and you will be transferred to Arumeru River Lodge for your overnight accommodation. Arumeru River Lodge was built on the site of an old coffee farm and is situated only 700m. South of the main Arusha-Moshi road, just a 35 minutes drive from Kilimanjaro International Airport and 15 minutes away from the town of Arusha. Accommodation: Arumeru River Lodge. Day 2: After breakfast departs for Lake Manyara Serena Lodge for overnight accommodation with packed lunches. Arrive at the camp in time for dinner. Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge stands high on the bluff of dramatic ochre and terracotta streaked cliff above the flamingo-frosted expanse of Lake Manyara gleaming alkaline waters with commanding panoramic views across the volcano-studded floor of the Great Rift Valley.

Day 3: Breakfast thereafter transfer for full game drive in the Ngorongoro crater. The Ngorongoro Crater was once a gigantic volcano, perhaps taller than Kilimanjaro. Today – its peak long since collapsed and eroded – it is now an extensive highland area with the famous Ngorongoro Crater as its focal point. This natural amphitheater covers an area 260 sq. km and has approximately 25,000 large mammals, almost half consisting of Zebra and Wildebeest. The wildlife within the Crater is one of the world’s wonders and the Crater itself has been declared a World Heritage Site. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.
On The Deck of your Room. The ceremony will be in your own room deck where the Priest will join you on the deck of your room and a very private ceremony is held. Balcony will be well decorated for the ceremony.
In an Additional Room Booked. Wedding ceremony will be on the separate room deck where the Priest will be waiting to tie the knots on the very private ceremony on balcony filled with rose petals on the floor. There after return into your own room for a romantic turn down and a dinner for two.
On the Tree Camp Deck. Your wedding ceremony will be on the deck of Tree Camp overlooking the magnificent view of crater with complete rose petal carpet and roses in the public area, with background of church choir during the wedding ceremony. Snacks and champagne will be served after the wedding ceremony, with the Maasai dance. Optional private dinner for two in your room or dinner in the main dining room. Day 4: Departs for full day game drive in crater with picnic lunches, The Ngorongoro Crater was once a gigantic volcano, perhaps taller than Kilimanjaro. Today – its peak long since collapsed and eroded – it is now an extensive highland area with the famous Ngorongoro Crater as its focal point. This natural amphitheater covers an area 260 sq. km and has approximately 25,000 large mammals, almost half consisting of Zebra and Wildebeest. The wildlife within the Crater is one of the world’s wonders and the Crater itself has been declared a World Heritage Site. Today the volcano and surrounding landscape are part of a vast Conservation area inhabited by the Maasai tribe, as well as extra ordinary big game. Accommodation: Ngorongoro Serena Lodge. Meal Plan: Full Board Basis.
Day 5: After leisure breakfast overlooking the crater rim you will be transferred to Serengeti Serena Lodge for overnight accommodation. En-route excursion at Olduvai Gorge. Set high on a hill with 360 degree views out over the Serengeti Plains. Serengeti National Park is arguably the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world. It is a natural paradise and home to one of the greatest wildlife spectacles on earth – the annual migration of millions of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle. It is also to elephant, lion, leopard and buffalo. Today you will pre register at Reception Desk for your balloon safari on the next day. Accommodation: Serengeti Serena Lodge. Meal Plan: Full Board Basis.
Day 6: Very early morning transfer to Balloon Safari departure site near Maasai Kopjes where you will be met by pilot for briefing at dawn you will be taking off, as the rising of the sun rises and float along the Serengeti Plains. The flight will take about one hour depending on the condition. You celebrate in the traditional manner with champagne before sitting down for a full English breakfast.
After breakfast you receive your Serengeti Balloon certificate and transfer to Seronera Airstrip for flight to Arusha departs at 11h15. On arrival at Arusha Airport you will be met by M19452 staff and drive to Arumeru River Lodge for Lunch and Day room and thereafter transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your International flight.
