Bring your relationship into nature and recharge your emotional and spiritual batteries. Deepen your connection with new communication tools, accentuate the positives and see your partner in a new Light. Working in playful ways, learning couples massage and gaining insights during a horse reflection day will all be part of this enriching 4 days together in Paradise. After the workshop, explore Costa Rica in one of the best vacations you've ever had together. Enrollment limited to 8 couples.
Attending a couples workshop does not necessarily mean there is anything wrong with your relationship! What it means is that you know in your hearts that you deserve this special opportunity to grow and enhance your relationship and the love you have for each other.
Our therapists are experts at providing you with the right tools to deepen your connection and enrich your lives together. We believe that every couple can build a satisfying and fulfilling relationship, regardless of their current circumstances or past issues, once they have acquired the essential tools and principles that can keep love alive and growing.
Daily Itinerary:
Day 1, Friday, August 14: Arrive at AmaTierra before 4 pm. Relax, settle in to your comfortable room.
4:00 - 6:30 pm. Orientation to AmaTierra, introductions and First Workshop. Say it softly so I can hear it: Creative Listening on the Art of Listening and Experiencing the Gift of Being Heard.
7:00 pm. Dinner. Enjoy delicious food and a glass of wine together with the group on AmaTierra's balcony.
Day 2, Saturday, August 15.
7:30 am. Couples Yoga: Enjoy gentle stretching while you learn to trust and support each other. Bring your sense of humor!
8:30 am. Breakfast
9:00 - 12:00 pm. Quiet Reflections: Workshop to promote spirituality, create and deepen caring and appreciation for each other. Couples will use objects from nature as a reminder to nurture their relationship. Please dress for a nature walk.
12:30 pm. Lunch
1:30 pm - 5:00 pm. Why do I love you? Reacquainting couples with why they fell in love and how to rekindle the spark and keep the fires roaring. Work together to create and express your hopes and dreams for the future of your relationship and transform these into loving affirmations.
5:30 pm. Sunset Conscious Affirmation Ceremony: Couples will share their affirmation with each other and the group, reinforce the growth that has occurred and celebrate their love for each other.
7:00 pm. Dinner
Note: Couples can plan to stay for dinner and spend a romantic evening and a 2nd night at AmaTierra at an additional charge. Please reserve in advance.
