Tour Itinerary: Day 1: Ainsa — National Park of Ordesa and Monte Perdido. We will pick you up in Barcelona Airport to take you to Torla, Aragón. There will be a 2 hours bird watching tour in Ainsa: birds of prey, bearded vultures and vultures. From Ainsa, transfer to Torla (1 h 1/2), dinner and accommodation. Day 2: The Ordesa Valley and Ascension to Goriz (7 hours) After breakfast you will start an interpretative trekking tour. In the beginning there is an ascent of 675 m until we reach the Calcilarruego mirador (1952 m.) from where you can admire the extraordinary views of the Cañón de Ordesa: Circo de Cotatuero, Tozal, Brecha de Rolando…, being the widest area from all Ordesa. From here the route descents slowly to the Circo de Soaso, a beautiful place, the Gradas, the Monte Perdido picos and Sound Ramon, all of them of more than 3000 m high. At the end of the route we will see the waterfall of Cola de Caballo (1787 m high). Arrival to the shelter of Goriz in the afternoon. Accommodation in Goriz shelter and dinner. Day 3: Ascension to Monte Perdido (3355 m., 8 hours). Have a good breakfast, today you have an ascent of 1300 m to Monte Perdido, this is a high lever ascent and need to be in good shape! Return to Goriz shelter, dinner and accommodation. Day 4: Goriz Shelter to Circo de Gavarnie (France, 7 1/2 hours). After breakfast you will leave the shelter direction the collado de los Sarrios and the brecha de Rolando (spectacular views from there!) with an ascent of 500m. From there the trekking starts a descent of 1500 m. until you reach Gavarnie. Accommodation and dinner in Gavarnie. Day 5: Circo de Gavarnie — Vielha (5 hours). Breakfast and check-out from the hotel in Gavarnie. The trekking to the Circo de Gavarnie has outstanding landscapes and very nice views. This is one of the most spectacular glacial circus from the whole Pyrenees. There is an ascent of 500 m. At the end of the tour, transfer to Vielha in the Vall d’Arán, Catalonia. Accommodation an dinner in Vielha. Day 6: National Park of Aigüestortes and Estanys de Sant Maurici (5 hours). After breakfast we will start a medium-high level round tour to the the estanhs (lakes) of Sant Maurici, the Circo de Colomers and Valley of Rius around the National Park of Aigüestortes.There is a total ascent of 700 m. Accommodation and dinner in Vielha. Day 7: The Boí Valley and Feneruy (6 1/2 hours). Breakfast. This is a nice trekking from the Vall d’Arán valley to the Boí Valley. This is a medium level with an ascent of 900 m. from the Feneruy valley to the Collado de Feneruy. We will overlook as well the Estanys (lakes) of Rois. This is a beautiful area, just known by some walking guides. Accommodation an dinner in Caldes de Boí. You have a spa session included! Day 8: Departure. After breakfast, check-out and transfer to Barcelona Airport. Notes: Price Includes:
