Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Chengdu - Beijing - Xi'an - Xining to Lhasa

Lhasa airport/Train station picking up, have a good rest to acclimatize the high altitude in the afternoon. Overnight at Lhasa.

Day 2: Lhasa Sightseeing

Today you will visit Potola Palace, Jokhang Temple, bustling bazaar along the Barkhor Street. We guarantee your visit to Potala Palace, no matter how busy the entrance ticket purchasing is. Overnight at Lhasa. Meals: (B).

Day 3: Lhasa Sightseeing

The escorted today will cover some other two important Monasteries in Lhasa - the Drepung Monastery, the Sera Monastery. Also you will visit the famous Dalai lama summer palace - Norbulingka and Tibet History Museum which is rebuilt at the end of 2008. Overnight at Lhasa. Meals: (B).

Day 4: Lhasa - Ganden Monastery - Lhasa

Morning drive about 60 km eastwards to visit the Ganden Monastery, which ranks the first among the six largest monasteries of Gelugpa. Afternoon drive back to Lhasa, visit Tibetan traditional hospital, in which there are a lot of Tangka Painting, those painting describe the theories and methods of the unique Tibetan medical treatment. Then visit Tangka Painting Studio as an end for today's sightseeing. Overnight at Lhasa. Meals: (B).

Day 5: Lhasa airport - train station dropping off

Morning Lhasa airport or train station dropping off, end the trip. Meals: (B).
