Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Flight to Beijing
Your guide will pick you from Beijing airport visit Summer Palace, the famous imperial garden in China then check in hotel. Supper time enjoy the delicious Beijing Duck Dinner at the original, century-old Quan Ju De Restaurant. Overnight at Beijing.
Day 2: Beijing
Morning time visit Tienanmen Square and Forbidden City. After lunch visit Temple of Heaven. After supper enjoy Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theater. Driving back to hotel. Overnight at Beijing.
Day 3: Beijing
Morning time you guide pick you from hotel to Badaling Great Wall. Walk along the Great Wall about 2 hours. After lunch goes to Ming Tomb then back to hotel. Overnight at Beijing.
Day 4: Beijing - Lhasa
Morning time take flight from Beijing to Lhasa. Local Tibetan guide will pick you from Lhasa Gongga Airport then dropping off to Hotel. On the way you will see the fabulous Yalutsangpu River. Overnight at Lhasa.
Day 5: Lhasa city sightseeing
Morning time sightseeing at Potala Palace. Then to visit Jokhang Temple, afternoon walk around Barkhour Market. Overnight at Lhasa.
Day 6: Lhasa city sightseeing
Morning time to Drepung Monastery, then afternoon to Sera Monastery. Overnight at Lhasa.
Day 7: Lhasa - Yamdrotso lake - Friend - ship highway - Gyangtse - Shigatse
Morning time around 8:00 am depart from Lhasa pass Gangbala Mt. which is over than 5000 meters, then to Yamdrotso lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet (another 2 is Namtso lake and Manasarova), then back to Friend-ship highway pass by Shigatse to Gyangtse, visit Gyangtse Kumbum, far view of Zongshan ruins. Then back to Shigatse. Overnight at Shigatse.
Day 8: Shigatse - Lhasa
Morning time to visit Tashilumpo Monastery which was Built in 1447, spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas. Then driving back to Lhasa. Overnight at Lhasa.
Day 9: Lhasa - Xian
Take morning flight from Lhasa to Xian. After arrive at Xian, guide will pick you from airport visit the oldest, largest and best preserved ancient city defense system in China - City Wall. Then checking in hotel. Overnight at Xian.
Day 10: Xian
Morning time visit majestic Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Afternoon you will visit the Huaqing Hot Spring, once the favorite bathroom for the Tang Dynasty Concubine Yang Kui Fe. Visit National Museum of Shaanxi History. Supper taste delicious Dumpling Banquet. Then enjoy the marvelous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show. Overnight at Xian.
Day 11: Xian - Guilin
Visit the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi on the way to the airport. After lunch, take a flight to Guilin and transfer to the hotel. Enjoy Ethnic Songs and Dances at Lijiang Theater after dinner. Overnight at Guilin.
Day 12: Guilin - Yangshuo
Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Transfer to the hotel. A short bicycle trip to the countryside will then be arranged. You will visit a local villager's home to experience the farmer's lifestyle there. Overnight at Yangshuo.
Day 13: Yangshuo
We intend to leave the day free. You can find a tiny and enigmatic world with the breathtaking scenery and have a pot of tea in a sidewalk cafe feeling totally relaxed. You can rent a bicycle to visit the Moon Hill and the Big Banian Tree.
Day 14: Yangshuo - Guilin - Chongqin
Transfer back to Guilin. Visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill. Take a flight to Chongqing guide pick from airport then dropping off to Chaotianmen Dock. 19:00 - 20:00 embark and check in, sail from Chongqin at 21:20. Overnight on boat.
Day 15: Yangtze River Cruises
07:30 - 09:30 cafeteria, shore excursion on Fengdu Ghost City. In the evening captain's Welcome party.
Day 16: Yangtze River Cruises
07:00 - 09:00 visit Baidi City
09:00 - 09:30 pass through Qutang Gorge
10:00 - 13:30 Pass through Wu Gorge
13:00 - 17:00 visit the Great Canyon of Shennong Stream (including drifting)
19:00 Farewell Banquet
Day 17: Yaangtze River - Yichang - Shanghai
07:00 - 10:00 with luggages get off the boat
08:30 - 10:30 sightseeing the Three Gorges Big Dam around 2 hours
13:00 End the Yangtze River Cuiser tour at Yichang New Century Dock, take flgith to Shanghai.
Day 18: Shanghai
At the morning time visit the Shanghai Museum, Yuyuan Garden. Afternoon cruise on Huangpu River, you will experience the prosperity of modern Shanghai. In the evening the Portman Acrobatic Show will be enjoyed with dinner.
Day 19: Shanghai airport dropping off, end the trip.
