Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Meeting on arrival at Zanzibar airport/harbor transfer to you chosen Stone town hotel for check-inn evening walk, sunset view at Africa house, dinner and overnight at your hotel.
Day 2: Safari Blue. We take a transfer to the village of Fumba, Board onto a "ngalawa" a local outrigger canoe carved from a single mango tree. First stop is at the Kwale coral reef, offering an overwhelming abundance of coral and colorful fish. A guide will show and explain interesting marine species and will also teach beginners how to snorkel. Then you can relax with soft drinks, young coconuts, snacks on paradise-like sand bank surrounded by turquoise blue waters. At that area pods of humpback and variety of marine species are commonly seen, hunting fish and squids at the surface of the water. The dhow will bring you to the Island where sea foods buffet is served comprising grilled calamari, two types of grilled fish, slipper, lobster and other sea fruits together with sugar traditional candies (kashata).
Chilled soft drinks and cold beer are of course also included. While you are having your lunch you will also enjoy nice Zanzibar traditional music known as Dumbak. After the lunch, tropical fruits testing will be presented with the chance to savor between 10-15 species of tropical fruits. On short walk into the Islands tropical forest you can find a 500-year old baobab tree that 70 year ago was bowled by storm. Now the former branches they continue grow like trees themselves on top of the huge laid-down former trunk. Back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: After breakfast at 9 am have the Stone town tour takes around the historical culture and architectural important town of Zanzibar with a century history. It includes a visit to former slave market site. Now stands as Anglican church built in 1883, old Arab Fort, and Place Museum end at Old Indian Dispensary, after at 2:30 pm a trip to spice plantation and botanical tour on this tour you, will see and taste the tropical fruits, spices plantation or plots in the island. A variety of spice plants used as ornament, medicines, flowers, fruits and another interesting flora can be seen during spice tour and to Kidichi bath in 1850 by the first Sultan for his wife Sheharzad, dinner and overnight at north/east coast hotel.
Day 4: At 8:30 South coast dolphin tour a trip to dolphin watching tour, a day trip to Kizimkazi, wonderful you may swim with hundreds of spinner and bottle nose dolphin playing off Kizimkazi beach and give you chance to experience special natural message in the Indian ocean, at 2:30 pm driving to Jozani forest tour for red Columbus Monkeys, natural forest, and mangrove forest and the living species of fish under neatly. Visit Zala Park to learn on how local people become creative to protect the natural living reptiles, and then transfer to stone town hotel for dinner and overnight at North/East coast hotel.
Day 5: Full day beach relax, water sports(includes game fishing, dhow cruising, diving etc) at the hotel dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Full day beach relax, water sports(includes game fishing, dhow cruising, diving etc) at the hotel dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Pick up from your hotel transfer to the harbor/airport for
departure.
Game fishing, Dhow Cruising and Diving trip at Mnemba Island can be organized on your request.
